While retaining the old charm, we renovated it using Yoshino cedar and cypress to make it a relaxing place to stay. One private rental limited to one group per day. This is a detached single-story house with a private entrance at the back of the garden. It is located in Asukamura Kawahara, the center of the "Asuka" region where Yamato Takeru praised its beauty. Nearby, there are many attractions such as "Kohokuji Temple", where the first sutra was copied in Japan, "Tachibana Temple", the birthplace of Shotoku Taishi, and "Amakashi Hill", which overlooks Asuka Village and the Yamato Sanzan. "Mahoro" is an ancient Japanese word that means "a wonderful place" or "a place to live" in the words of Yamato Takeru. Enjoy the relaxing flow of time at Mahoro Inn. This is a newly renovated old Japanese house, a middle-class residence built in 1929 and renovated in 2017. It is a legal accommodation permitted by the city of Osaka. Located in the southern part of Osaka, a very quiet residential area. 10 minutes away from the nearest subway station, Kishinosato. It is easy to reach Namba, Umeda by subway, KIX and Koyasan by Nankai Railway. The 7-11 convenience store is one minute away. The Sento public bath is also very close to my house.
