Yoshino, a traditional house over 100 years old / with breakfast and dinner / limited to one group per day / a quiet inn surrounded by greenery

OPEN 20 March 2026 This is [B&B Morino Akari], a quiet old kominka-style inn nestled in the mountains of Nara and Yoshino, surrounded by greenery, and limited to one group per day. (The name means "Light of the Forest") ⚫︎ During your stay, breakfast and dinner prepared by the owner are included (please refer to the photos) ⚫︎ We can also provide meals for pescatarians and vegetarians. The kitchen area is shared with Hotos. The rest is all for your exclusive use, and you can spend your time freely as if you were renting the entire building. The spacious area of approximately 230 m² can accommodate up to 8 people. It is ideal for family or group trips. There is also good access to Yoshinoyama, a famous cherry blossom viewing spot, and the World Heritage Site, Konpōzanji Temple. We have preserved the historic beams and tiled roofs while preparing the space for you to have a comfortable stay. The tranquillity of the mountains and the soft light that illuminates the night. Here, you can forget about everyday life. Because of the natural surroundings, we recommend that you come by car. (If you are coming by train, we can pick you up and drop you off at the nearest station if you wish) Get away from the hustle and bustle of the city and enjoy a relaxing stay.

Farm Stay AMAYADORI Here, Kumano City, Mie Prefecture is a rural village with mountains, rivers, fields, and Japan's original scenery. And we are a small farmer who grows rice and multi-product vegetables, herbs, and flowers. We provide the rice and vegetables we have grown during your stay, as well as fresh eggs grown in Kumano. The kitchen of the house is also equipped with condiments and cooking utensils. We hope you will enjoy cooking with us. It is also the only place in Japan with a rafting spot nearby.Please enjoy the traditional Japanese landscape. My guidebook contains information about the surrounding area. Located along the Takano Highway, it has great access to Mt. Takano, Osaka, Wakayama City, etc. This room has 2 single beds and 2 semi-double beds. You can enjoy breakfast in a Japanese-style room or relax on the sofa. We also provide free drinks. We can also accommodate English. You can enjoy the garden in all seasons, but especially in May when the roses are in full bloom and you can enjoy the wonderful fragrance. You can also have tea in the garden. Japanese and Western style breakfasts are included. You can choose either, but please book the day before. You can enjoy plenty of naturally grown vegetables. [I have a food and beverage license]

Japan's tiny home in Koyaguchi offers two guest rooms, ideal for up to 3 guests, with a minimum of one group per day. An additional fee applies for three or more people. Accessible via JR station with a Japan Rail Pass, it features a kitchen for self-catering and indoor bicycle storage. It’s an 8-minute drive to Natural Onsen Yunosato and a 6-minute walk to Koyaguchinoyu public bathhouse. Directions are available in the guidebook. Please save it to your favorites for easy access.
