A stay in Maple Cottage feels like a warm hug. What stood out most for us was the immediate ambience of coming home, on arrival. It was very easy to relax in the comfort of this clean, cosy space, situated in a quiet neighbourhood very conveniently located to amenities. Attention to detail in the décor and the interior design skills of whoever has decorated Maple cottage, have achieved a very good balance of function, simplicity and quality in this lovely home. Thank you Nancy for your quick responses and ease of communication. I would love to stay in Maple Cottage again.

We had a great stay in Ashwood! The home was clean, spacious, and very comfortable—perfect for our group. It had all the essentials and more, making it easy to settle in and feel at home. The location was convenient, with shops and cafes nearby. The neighborhood was quiet and family-friendly, which made for a very relaxing stay. The host was responsive and made the whole process smooth from check-in to check-out. Just a note for future guests: take extra caution when using the shower, as it’s set over a bathtub with a swing glass door. It can be a bit difficult to climb in and out, especially for those with limited mobility. Other than that, everything was great!

Great host, the house is located at a very easy accessible location. House is clean and cosy, host even prepared us some small treats. 100% recommends.

Fantastic place all around. it was spacious, clean and looked exactly like the photos. Location was great, almost felt like it was in the middle of nowhere with the views and distance between neighbours. The sauna was a hit - instructions were easy to follow and a great way to relax. Jay was very responsive whenever I had a question and amenities were as listed. It was overall a fantastic experience for our group!

Vivian’s place was amazing! Very clean and the perfect size for one person but a couple would also love this place. Great amenities and so easy to come in and out. The washing machine and dryer really help and the smart TV was an added bonus. It felt like Vivian had thought of everything that a guest may need for an easy, relaxing stay. Will definitely book again!

We enjoyed our stay at this lovely home. The location is great -- easily walkable (about 900m) to the main street where the nearest train station, shops and restaurants all are. Rooms were clean and spacious with lots of storage space; the kitchen is cosy, with modern appliances, and faces a private yard. The welcome food basket and a full drawer of ice in the fridge were a nice touch! Hosts were very accommodating and responsive. Questions were replied to within the hour, often less. Easy check-in and check-out process. Overall, very pleasant and highly recommended for families and small groups.

What can I say, Robert (and Ernie) were extremely helpful from pre arrival up until departure. The place is very comfortable and convenient. Roadside parking was super easy and always available. L&K are very gracious, kind and thoughtful hosts. The wine and biscuit and milk in the fridge are really welcoming gifts at the end of a really long travel. Sound proofing of the unit was awesome - did not hear the traffic on the road, nor neighbors talking in the hallway or movements from upstairs. Kitchen is well equipped with appliances and table ware. It was a luxury to be able to use the coffee machine and milk steamer. Most of all, thank you L&K for providing ample coffee capsules and variety of teas that gave us a good start in the morning!

Manik was very welcoming with great suggestions of what’s around the area. Great location and walking distance from Monash Hospital which is where we needed to be. Maniks home is wonderful, spacious and comfortable living.
