Griffin Place is a single family home built in 1902, it is quirky and charming and kick your feet up comfortable!!!Though greatly cared for, it shows it's age in some places. It's close to shops, the T, restaurants, and Grandview Avenue and is a 15 minute commute to most Pittsburgh attractions. There is one off street parking pad, street parking is free. Dogs are permitted with additional fee..great for sports,urban explorers,family visiting.House is located on Griffin St map not accurate.
