Awesome place to stay. Convenient to the subway and the highway if you have a car! The place looked just like the pics. Very clean and neat. I would definitely recommend it and stay again!

Caroline's place is immaculate! When we first walked in, I was struck by the spaciousness, how well it was cared for, and a feeling of being home! All was as described by Caroline. This was our second stay in Yonkers, and we love the neighborhood. It is situated closely to the City, but has a very laid-back feel. The local Irish pubs are wonderful and offer a welcoming and friendly environment. Highly recommended!!!

My stay was excellent I enjoyed the studio. It was very quiet and comfortable.

the place was indeed beautiful the back patio and the use of the yard was great the kitchen was beautiful the beds were super comfortable and the place was super clean i would definitely come back it was pricey but definitely worth the money

Leslie and Mark are just everything that right and good in this world, extremely amazing Hosts… so kind, so friendly, so considerate, so caring!!! And their studio it’s heaven on earth! That Bed and Bathtub water pressure was from Heaven itself! Ufff! 10/10. Definitely recommend! May God bless them both.

Nancy was a great host. Noticed a few issues from previous renters but Nancy put them right straight away. Very friendly, Very welcoming and an amazing host. Nancy made our 12 day stay feel like a second home. We were very comfortable and enjoyed every minute.

As soon as I opened the door and saw the living room I was at peace I felt the love and warmth as I walked around. I knew it was my home away from home. The tv channels was awesome. I watched all my favorite Disney movies. Everyone in the building was helpful and nice. I felt completely safe. Banking institutions chase Bank of America c chase and capital one at your disposal two gas stations in walking distance for coffee and items. The host was available for any and all questions and response time quickly. This place books quickly make no hesitations. I would most definitely stay again

Nicholas is an outstanding host. Everything we needed was provided. The property was very clean and quiet. Very spacious, just what we needed. We definitely look forward to doing more with Nicholas, property looks just like the photos. We came to get married and everything went smoothly, again thank you.

Very spacious apartment with high ceilings and central skylight. The Brazilian restaurant below is tasty and has good service. The bathroom has modern double sinks, which is nice, but an older style bathtub/shower. Uber to Wakefield 241 St subway station is about $15 and a quick ride, but it’s an hour plus subway ride to get to Midtown. Ly and Richi were very nice and responsive. Parking space was excellent, and there’s convenient grocery shopping options very close by car.

This was a fantastic place to stay our host was fantastic, people in the neighborhood was very nice aswell.

Enjoyed my stay in Maud & John's basement apartment. The 'piece de resistance' was the private balcony and garden area with a koi pond. So peaceful quiet and beautiful. Many birds and interesting wildlife! This compensated for a few minor rough edges inside. Maud and John were very kind, responsive and available when needed. The apartment is spacious, comfortable and clean. As I was staying for two weeks, they had their cleaner do a clean for me at no extra charge which was greatly appreciated. I would recommend their place.

This BnB was awesome! My husband and I visited from out of state for an event and this place was in a perfect location. A short walk from Liberty State Park, it was exactly as described. The place itself was beautiful, and the bed was so comfortable. We would absolutely stay again! (:

There was a lovely welcome package with a note, cookies and water awaiting us. They texted through Airbnb to make sure our stay was going well and we didn't need anything. Overall it was such an easy and relaxing experience that made our first trip to NYC a delight. I would come back again and highly recommend Timothy's place to everyone!!! Thanks so much.

Staying here was honestly such a dream! I felt right at home the second I stepped in. The place was comfortable, clean and super spacious! Such a wonderful stay will definitely come again! Anthony was an amazing host with fantastic communication.

Our family of 4 stayed 5 nights and really enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect. We were able to walk to the path in 5 min to connect to the NYC subways. On the walk, you pass multiple cafes and coffee shops. Great craft beer and wine shop on the corner. Pizza shop, Basile’s, right next to the PATH is perfect for a late night snack. The beds were comfortable, and even though there was some street noise heard at night, a sound machine was provided to help lull you to sleep. The only thing you have to be aware of is the unit is located on the 2nd floor, and you have to go up a narrow set of stairs which can be hard with multiple suitcases. Other than that, a comfortable and convenient place to stay with everything within walking distance!

I enjoyed my stay here! Gorgeous condo with an absolutely breathtaking view. Decided to stay here for my friends wedding and it couldn’t have been a more perfect spot. Thank you to Paul and family for allowing me to stay at your home.

The view of the NYC skyline was exactly as promised in the pictures. Host was super responsive. The place was within walking distance to bus and ferry to NYC.

Loved the stay in the apartment! It was beautiful, peaceful and exactly what we needed to have a little time when life takes over. Will for sure be booking the spot again!! Kurk's place is updated nicely. Bed is comfy. The tub is amazing! The resort is very nice, the scenery and mountains surrounding it are beautiful, and the condo all made for a relaxing stay!
