MARCH-APRIL DAILY. Medicine Hill is a 136 acre farm on the Sandy River complete with a swimming hole and an entire island to explore. We grow vegetables, herbs & flowers. Our animals include sheep, chickens & rabbits. You will have full access to all areas of the farm! Spend time fishing or relaxing on the river. Or literally just sitting on the porch unwinding and taking it all in. 4 private bedrooms have stunning views surrounded by trees or fields. And if the Chef is available..EAT!!!

Lounging Loon

This lake-side retreat on Lower Long Pond in Belgrade, Maine is the ultimate place to Lounge! The main house offers guests 2 bedrooms & 1 full bath, sleeping 4. It also offers a full kitchen, dining & living area. The guest house has 2 bdrms, which sleep an additional 5 guests & full bathroom. Enjoy lake views 50ft away. The deck leads to the dock where you can enjoy all your lakeside fun! Paddle boards & kayaks provided. Propane fire pit & foosball. Downtown is minutes away via boat or car.

This modern lakehouse is situated on Hogan Pond in Oxford Maine. Here you can stay with all the comforts of a beautiful lakehouse built in 2020 while being feet from the water. This is a great place to vacation whether you prefer the private sandy beach, the A/C inside complete with Smart TV cable and Wifi, or the hottub! Sip a drink at the bar while watching the game or use the grill on the deck but be sure to use the built in sound system to play your music throughout the house and deck.

Our private Cozy House has just been renovated! We put in a new kitchen, bathroom, laundry room, and a big 4k smart tv/Apple TV. It's in a friendly neighborhood located in the heart of Waterville only five minutes from Colby College, Thomas College (by car) and just a few minutes from downtown Waterville. Everything is very close to our location. There's a Hannafords nearby, Maine General Hospital and many restaurants, schools and stores. We are located on a private dead-end driveway .

We are family friendly and kids are welcome, but please leave the party at the casino (5 minutes away)! The waterfront is sandy and shallow, perfect for young ones to splash around in.
