No car necessary as a short walk to the nearest bus stop with buses running every few minutes into the city centre or the beach. Onsite off street parking if you do have a car.

Best suited for short term stays. Suite 1 is part of our house. It has its own entrance, and consists of a bedroom, a small bathroom, kitchenette (kettle, toaster, bar fridge, microwave - not suitable for cooking full meals), and sitting area on front verandah. 20 mins bus ride to the centre of Perth. Walking distance to cafés, restaurants, shopping centre, and lake. NB: - NO SMOKING on the premises. Those requesting to book must comply with this. Also check Suite No2 by same host.

We live in the house and will respect your privacy. We all share the courtyard and the entry gate. 3km from Perth CBD with a Bus stop nearby, 15 min to the city and 20 min to the beach! Walking distance to Pubs, shops, cafes and restaurants in Mt Hawthorn and Leederville.

Your own very private area of our house includes a beautiful Bedroom overlooking the pool a huge Bathroom & a lovely Lounge area with TV , wifi, & kitchenette includes microwave, air fryer, fridge and kettle overlooking the garden. Please note this is not a full kitchen as no oven or hot plate. This space is downstairs which is quite separate from the main house. You have your own entrance. We live upstairs and all of downstairs area is yours except the laundry & pool is shared with us.
