Lar Doce Lar Holiday House + Retreat is a family friendly and centrally located home. The Main House features 3 bedrooms (5 beds) and 2 bathrooms plus all the usual amenities. 1-5 guests staying will have access to The Main House and 6-10 guests access to The Retreat will be granted. The Retreat is a seperate fully equipped space featuring studio style living- with kitchenette and ensuite. This space can also be booked on its own for 2 people. Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally located place. A home away from home where we hope you leave relaxed and refreshed. Luxurious bedding and comfortable furnishings will leave you well rested. The kitchen is well equipped with all the essentials and more. The home is filled with plants , books, games and sunshine and located beside the Crater Lakes walking/mountain bike trails. Please note there is only one bathroom and the toilet is in the bathroom.

Sitting amongst the vines the 3 bedroom house is walking distance to many of the fantastic winery cellar doors of Coonawarra. Situated just 2kms from Penola guests can enjoy peace and privacy without the isolation. The house boasts a fully equipped kitchen, 1.5 bathrooms and a wood fire for the colder months. Great for an intimate weekend for two or a fun getaway with friends, the house can sleep up to 8 guests.

Bear Cottage - Natural wonders

Bear Cottage is a self-contained 2 bedroom cottage and has a nice slow combustion fire fitted in the lounge area and lovely feature wall of Native Australian pine. The bathroom has a shower over bath and is fitted out with red cedar and Blackwood. The cottage is Tim and Pam's eclectic mix of antiques' wood, bears and a touch of art deco. PS. The maximum guests incl. children is 6. Airbnb give us no way of listing max. number of people, only adults.

River 2C is a beautifully presented 3 bedroom, home with an amazing outlook over the estuary & Glenelg River. Its excellent location makes the newly renovated pub, kiosk and river less than a 5min walk from the house. The stunning enclosed gazebo area has amazing river views and makes for an ideal place to cook a BBQ dinner and watch the sunset over the estuary, protected from the elements and any pesky bugs .

Luxury Cottage Accommodation

Residing at 14 Keegan Street, this stunning character cottage started its story in 1920, and has slowly been restored to its renovated state over the past two years. This two-bedroom cottage lies central to the township, and within walking distance to all that Mount Gambier has to offer. It is only 500 metres to the centre of town and a range of shopping and delicious food & drink options.

Fly fishing Lodge

My place is close to Mt Schank. You’ll love my place because of the location.,because its on an island in a lake , filled with big trout, where you can fly fish; but you dont have to fish, you can stay only. What you catch you may release again if quickly and not damaged, if you wish to take to eat you have to pay $10 per kilo, also some redfin perch are now big enough to eat.
