Beachfront holiday rental in Mount Etna

Beautiful place. Worthy of a 2-3 day stay. Barbara goes out of her way to help her guests. I highly recommend this location.

Fantastic location by the sea! Lovely house with great views of the sea. Pozzillo was fabulous and Italians but no foreigners, so it is a genuine fishing port with swimming and sunbathing. the restaurant il Gato Pescatore is really good and very reasonable…

We came to spend two nights with my spouse at Katerina and Andrea's and the welcome was great, very nice hosts and good advice. We have crossed paths several times and they have always had a kind word and recommendations. Very well located apartment and superb view from the terrace. We recommend!

The drive down toward the water is in a small alley, get a small car. We were able to find a parking spot every day. The apartment is spacious and has all the amenities you need. Easy walk to town for restaurants., there is a pathway along the water and rocks. Our host was responsive and friendly. Access to the water with stairs to the rocks. Quiet surroundings. Would definitely recommend.

A very convenient place as a base for sightseeing. We had a car that could be parked easily. Beautiful views. 🤩 The apartment had everything you could need, plus a lot of space. Both the living room and the bedroom and kitchen could go out onto the balcony. On one side, there was a beautiful view of the majestic Etna, and on the other, the sea. And the terrace on the roof 👌🏻🤩 You could really feel the Italian atmosphere 😉 Very responsive and helpful host. I highly recommend the place 😉

The appartment is located perfectly for staying at the beautiful beach and also to get up to the center of Taormine within minutes. We even got a lot of free drinks on our fridge, including local and tasty wine from Sicily. We felt very comfortable and safe in the appartment and surrounded area. In addition we got great recommendations for restaurants (very delicious), trips and other things to do. Many thanks to Rocco and Massimo, our stay was amazing! Emanuela is a great host! The apartment is a gem in a beautiful village. The early morning sunrise from the balcony facing the sea is stunning! I feel at home the moment we stepped in to the apartment. Highly recommended!

Gaia’s place was everything we hoped for! Beautiful location with balcony looking out to the beach, hearing waves at night to send you to sleep is very special! The apartment had absolutely everything we needed and more. There were little touches that made it feel like home away from home. Gaia was also very thoughtful and left us a lovely treat for our arrival. Overall we had a fabulous stay! Communication from Gaia was great, and she made sure we got in ok on the evening of arrival! I liked the door code get in, as you don’t have to worry about carrying keys. Cannot recommend enough! Thank you Gaia!

We had everything we needed for our stay at Giovanni's place, fully equipped kitchen, clean and big apartment. The place is ideal if you want to escape the crowds. And Giovanni is a welcoming host.

We had a nice time at Melina's place as a group of friends, of 3 people. We were able to reach the address easily by rental car. Without a car and in hot temperatures, the steep ascent/descent is certainly a bit challenging. We had a very early flight and were even able to get into the apartment much earlier thanks to Melina's flexibility. It would be important to mention that Melina really only speaks Italian and the check-in was a bit quick, but we understood basic information thanks to English notes. The apartment is a little out of the ordinary but fine and we got along well. Melina was always quickly available for questions and sent us a few addresses for restaurants and excursion destinations at the beginning. When checking out independently, it should be noted that the entrance gate has to be opened with the key beforehand, we had locked ourselves in the yard in the early morning hours.

A place with a view. Outstanding view over the ocean, rent the apartment for that! The area is wild , with rocks into the ocean. Lovely place to bath, but it takes a little strength to come the ocean and some stairs to walk. Out of the season is there not many other people.

Carlo was a super friendly host. We felt welcome in the truest sense of the word. We were greeted by him personally with a huge bowl of fresh fruit and a homemade cake! Carlo was very concerned about our well-being and gave us lots of great tips and recommendations for the region. The house with the large garden in a very quiet location offers a great view of Mount Etna and at the same time you can hear the sound of the sea. The house is very tastefully furnished, very clean and comfortable. As soon as it got dark, we enjoyed the view of Mount Etna from the fireplace. We would love to come back at any time and can highly recommend this accommodation.

Our family (2 adults/2 children) enjoyed a wonderful stay here in April. It is a well-equipped and good sized property with everything we needed. It is well located on the coastal road: a few minutes drive (or 20 minutes steep walk) to Taormina and also from the beaches/Isola Bella. Communication with the host was good and the building manager was very helpful with our arrival.

We had an amazing time at Giovanni‘s apartment was big and beautiful and the pool was amazing. And for an extra fee he picked us up from the airport and dropped us back afterwards. Beautiful clean apartment and large balcony. Great functional kitchen and large bedrooms. Easy walk into town there’s lots of bars, restaurants, cafes and shops. Will definitely be back!

Great apartment with a nice view of Isola Bella! Everything was very clean and the hosts were really friendly. We especially enjoyed the pool!

Our stay was amazing. the apartment was beautifully decorated, you could really tell they put a lot of work into it. very luxurious but still gave a very cozy and comfortable vibe. the hot tub was really the cherry on the cake. The location is perfect for people who are looking for a place where to relax but also have a bit of night life. lots of shops, bakery's and restaurants around where you can try all the typical sicilian food. The rocky beach is barely even a 10 minute walk and it's just simply stunning, you can smell the ocean breeze even from the apartment. Francesca and Sebastian were incredible, super friendly and available. thank you and until next time, Ciaoo!

We had a wonderful week of family vacation over Easter in this fantastic holiday home. The house is facing the sea and offers a breathtaking view – simply spectacular! It was especially nice to be able to watch the volcanic eruption through the binoculars provided – a memorable experience. The house itself is old and quaint, full of charm. It is quiet, perfect for relaxing. Two gates secure the access, we felt safe at all times. The direct access to the sea was an absolute highlight for us, as was the outdoor shower and the cozy sun loungers. The house was equipped with everything we needed. We would also like to emphasise the warm contact with our host Giovanni, who was always friendly to us with questions. Already upon our arrival we were welcomed with delicious tarts – very lovingly. Thank you very much for this wonderful stay!

I had a wonderful holiday at Salvatore’s place – the location is truly beautiful, cozy, and perfect for relaxing. The scenery is stunning, and the surrounding area offers a delightful experience with lovely restaurants and local services. The atmosphere is warm, and the welcome was genuinely heartfelt; I felt at home right away. Salvatore is a thoughtful and kind host who does his best to ensure guests feel comfortable. I also received help with some practical arrangements that we had agreed on in advance. I’ll carry fond memories of the unique charm and warmth of this place. Marta and Francesco are wonderful hosts! ♥️They welcomed us warmly, showed us everything, explained all we needed to know, and checked in during our stay to make sure everything was okay. They are very friendly.😊 The apartment is spacious, spotlessly clean, and equipped with everything you might need, including beach gear. A big plus is the large balcony where you can enjoy the view of the sea. The location is an ideal base for exploring the surrounding area, and there’s a supermarket nearby as well. Wonderful house and location! We loved it here. The house has a lot of beautiful furniture, as well as an open terrace with a great view. The host Franco was so very kind, gave us many recommendations on local beaches and cafes

I was in Mazzeo at this amazing apartment for 5 days and I wished I would have been able to book for longer but it sells out fast! The apartment is pristine and the sea view (apt is on the 3rd floor!) (Ionian sea right in front of you, across the street) is something out of this world! Enza was fantastic, always available and very cordial and accommodating. I will be rebooking this apartment for 2026! The location is just perfect, avoiding crowds from Taormina and the restaurants on the boardwalk were absolutely fantastic, all of them!

We had a wonderful time in the apartment of Orazio and Doris. A modern, very well-equipped apartment with 2 terraces was our home for 1 week. The view of Mount Etna was magnificent. We were greeted with sparkling wine, fruit and delicacies from a patisserie. Thank you again for that, because it is not a given. From Riposto, you can easily reach Taormina or Catania. We can fully recommend the apartment. We would book it again.

Our best experience on airbnb! The location is fabulous with the view of the bay and Etna as a backdrop. The hosts had prepared bottles of water, milk, jams and a bottle of wine for our arrival. They provided us with plenty of information about the surroundings and good restaurants. Erico regularly inquired about us and even allowed us to use his parking in the centre of Catania for our day of sightseeing. Sabrina and Erico are warm and welcoming people who make great hosts. We highly recommend it!
