Monthly Rentals in Mount Elliot

This is a neat and comfortable home away from home in a quiet Wulguru backstreet. It is part of an older style duplex but the inside is modern and clean, with fabulous security including sensor lights. Parking is undercover and at the front door. The kitchen was great and fully equipped and stocked with all the little bits you will need. In fact, it is been the best I’ve experienced in this regard! There was even a packet of Tim Tams in the fridge 😊 The beds were comfortable with blockout curtains and lots of windows for natural light. The bathroom was compact but modern and clean. Air conditioning worked well. The laundry was in a separate area at the back with access to a huge yard, clothes line and outdoor seating area with shade sail. The couch is ok, and could have allowed for more seating and been a little more supportive (but still comfortable enough.) The location is a little removed from the city, but its close proximity to the ring road made for easy access by car.

The location is very convenient, about 10mins from the city. Nice little unit, very clean, well kept and not cluttered. Love the aesthetic of the interior. Can confirm about the mattress that everyone had talked about is very comfy to sleep on :)

We are staying here for the 3rd time. The best place we have ever stayed. Bruce & Tricia are such a lovely caring host providing everything you needed for a stay. I would strongly recommend this & will definitely stay again.

A very comfortable, quiet location with a spacious house with all amenities included including a washing machine & clothesline. The shower had a grab rail in it which would be handy for people with mobility problems. A fully equipped kitchen & large lounge. The tv was huge & would be great to watch a movie on (although we never used it as too busy)! The bedroom had a variety of pillows both thick & thin to suit everyone’s needs. The bed was very comfortable. A bonus for us was not having the house lit up everywhere outside at night. The garden was small & well trimmed with shrubs outside bedroom window which obscured a lot of the outside light & provided some privacy. The neighbourhood was very quiet within the gated area nor could we hear much traffic despite being close to the shopping centre & highway. All in all, a delightful place to stay & would happily stay again. The hosts were very helpful.
