Relax with a good book on the day bed or a coffee or a wine on the front deck; and then finish off the evening getting toasty by the outdoor fire watching the sun set over the mountains. You can pat our friendly cows, see the new lambs, get a visit from our resident kookaburras, king parrots, rosellas & cockies during your stay- or even a wombat on some nights!

Yarra Sounds is a stunning 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom period home set within a stone's throw of the Yarra River with clear views of the towering Mount Little Joe. Here, you can take a load off your mind. Relax by the fire or unwind with a drink on the back deck while you listen to the water below and nature above. Located close to the town centre, it's a casual 15-minute walk along the River Trail, over the historic Swing Bridge to Warburton's strip of cafes, restaurants, and antique stores.

Close to cafes, wineries, Healesville Sanctuary, Mt Donna Buang, and all the Yarra Valley offers. We live in a separate dwelling on-site—here to assist if needed but won’t interrupt your relaxing stay. The cottage is set in gardens where wombats, wallabies and lyrebirds are frequent visitors. Walk through the forest or dine in on the cottage deck with a sunset. Wood fire, double spa bath, separate bedroom and living areas and full kitchen. Healesville cafes, shops and wineries are 15 minutes away.

Little House on the Hill

The Little House on the Hill at the eastern end of Warburton overlooks the chooks, the veggie patch, the orchard and across the valley to gorgeous 270° views. It is next door to the Big House, set on an acre that slopes down to the Yarra River. A great swimming spot on hot days and a good way to access the town and the rail trail (five minutes there, maybe ten minutes return - uphill). There are plenty of lovely walks nearby including the Aqueduct Trail that starts further up the hill.
