One small bedroom with queen bed, full kitchen & bathroom, living room with a small bay area that is curtained off and has a dresser and twin bed (this room does not have a door, but has blackout curtains to separate the space from the living room. Foyer is shared with the downstairs apartment, but each apartment has it's own secure door. This apartment is not suitable for bicycle storage. Please no bikes in this apartment.

We built the Tiny Guest House for friends and family and love sharing the space with people traveling to Bellingham. The tiny house is within walking distance of both WWU (1.0 mile) and downtown (0.8 miles). The Guest House is quite small (200sf); it has a queen bed in the loft and a full sized futon on the main floor. And while it has NO kitchen, we do offer a microwave, mini fridge, and keurig coffee, tea and cocoa machine.
