In summer, depending on availability, we are happy to share our small swimming pool (18 m3). Tea, coffee and herbal teas for the 1st day, Wi-Fi, self check-in. Very nice apartment on the 2nd floor of a 19th century bourgeois house, in the heart of a century-old park, recommended by Le Petit Futé. An enchanted enclave in the heart of the city, less than a 5-minute walk to the train station and tourist center. The 2 bedrooms, very spacious, each have a 160 x 200 bed and a desk. A large sofa offers the 5th bed. A fully equipped kitchen, open to the living room, offers an ideal living space to enjoy a hearty breakfast.

This pretty, comfortable and renovated townhouse is located in a quiet area, close to all shops. Ideal for 4-6 people, the house is a stone's throw from the CNCS and a few minutes' walk from the historic center. Parking is very easy and totally free in front of the house. The accommodation does not have an outdoor area but is very close to the banks of Allier, which have recently been fitted out with playgrounds and barbecues.

New 23 m2 apartment on the first floor of a small house, ideally located 300 m from the city center and all shops, the hospital center, sports facilities including the aqualudic center, the banks of the Allier and less than 1 km from the CNCS. Fully equipped, it has a separate entrance. Street parking is easy and free of charge. We have a second identical studio on the same floor.
