The property consists of an open plan living room with kitchen, sofa bed, television, WIFI & breakfast bar. Accessed by a spiral staircase, upstairs is a mezzanine double bedroom & en-suite bathroom. Outside you have your own shaded garden or full sun-terrace with lovely sunsets views. For winter visitors there is underfloor heating with thermostat control.

Vous apprécieriez notre Cabane pour sa belle vue sur les forets et les prés et son intérieur tout confort et très accueillant ! La Cabane est climatisée et chauffée. Une vaste terrasse très agréable sur laquelle vous pourrez prendre votre apéritif & petit déjeuner, tout en contemplant la nature (milans, chevreuils, écureuils).

This lovingly restored boathouse will allow you to switch off from the modern world, no tv or wifi to complicate things, just birdsong and views across the lake. Sleep up in the bedroom or on the extremely comfortable sofabed if climbing the stairs is not for you. Relax on the terrace, take a siesta in the hammock. Within 1hr of the Dordogne, numerous chateaux at 20 mins as well as some lovely local villages. Come and unwind.
