We look forward to welcoming you into the characterful 'Petit Manoir' in the heart of the Perigord Vert. Our extensive gardens are the perfect place to relax, or if you wish to venture further, there are plenty of walks from the front door. The charming wing includes a master bedroom on the first floor with adjoining pigeonnier for use as study or extra bedroom, while the ground floor comprises a spacious bathroom with walk-in shower, kitchen, open plan living/dining room and an exercise room.

Saint Robert, one of ‘Les Plus Beaux Villages des France’, is only a few mins away or 20 min walk.

Gîte Noix: rural getaway for couples 1 bed 1 salon

Gîtes-de-Rouffiaguet is a rural retreat, it has 4 hectares of outdoor space, surrounded by fields. A large pool in summer, a charcoal BBQ & games room with table tennis. NOIX is in the barn, it has old world charm and modern facilities. Garden patio. It is next to Lake Rouffiac with outdoor sport & beach. There are chateaux, caves, picturesque medieval villages & markets in the area also canoeing & golf. There are 2 other apartments in the barn. No babies, children, teenagers, pets please.

Little Owl Cottage

Lovely cosy cottage for one or two set on our little French farm in the beautiful and peaceful North Dordogne countryside. The cottage is nestled in 30 acres of fields and woodland where you can watch our many animals pottering around enjoying their sunny French retirement! We are halfway between the pretty villages of Mialet and Saint-Jory-de-Chalais which are well serviced with shops, bars, restaurants and boulangeries. Both villages are less than 5 minutes by car or 30 minutes on foot.

Small country house in Dordogne (60 m2)

Come and find refuge in this small country house to recharge your batteries in the middle of the forest, to get away from it all (hiking trails, restaurants, rivers, ponds...). Not far from major roads, it is located 35 minutes from Périgueux, and 10 minutes from Hautefort and Excideuil. Parking is available right next to the house and the garden is enclosed, which can be convenient if you want to bring your little canine companion. The house (60 m2) is on 2 floors + a mezzanine-bedroom.

Green & Blue

In this cozy and spacious apartment of more than 50 m², dating from around 1640, it is wonderful to stay. Thanks to the authentic, thick natural stone walls, it stays wonderfully cool in the summer. Towels, bedding and kitchen towels are already waiting for you, and you are welcome to make free use of our garden and natural swimming pond. And of course, everyone is welcome with us. We are LGBTIQ+-friendly and believe in a place where everyone feels free and at home!

Welcoming and private 45 m² apartment on the 1st floor of our annexe. Independent entrance and parking. Edge of village but within 5 minutes of shops and restaurants. Great views across our land and lake. Bright and clean accommodation. Ideal stopover for work or on route to the south and on to Spain; or for longer stays to explore the local area with its' medieval towns and chateaux, apples and madeleines, porcelain, limousin beef and cul noir pigs.

Charming little studio house.

Come and enjoy the calm of the Limousin countryside in a pleasant little studio house. The accommodation includes a kitchenette, shower room, room with a 140 bed and dining area. The small house is heated with a wood burning stove. Guests can relax on the terrace. The property has a large garden. The house is 12 km from the A20 highway and 30 minutes from Limoges. For two-wheeled travelers (bicycles, motorcycles) I have a barn to shelter them.

Our cottage is a "little house in the meadow" located in the heart of the Périgord Vert and at the gates of Limousin. This farm was established here in 1810. Historic barn MH. Wooded area of 5000 m2. We have preserved the traditional character of the house, in a setting that is open to nature. Important: pets are accepted after agreement with the future host – Our property is not fenced.
