Culoz has all amenities within a 2-minute walk of the accommodation. The train station is down the street, a 5-minute walk away.

Quiet and natural, change of scenery guaranteed! Les Acacias, gite*** is 8 minutes from Rumilly, 35 minutes from Annecy and Bourget lakes and 45 minutes from Semnoz and Margeriaz ski resorts. The house is on the side of a mountain, in a green setting and close to hiking trails. The 40 m2 apartment, recently renovated with eco-friendly materials, is very nice and tastefully decorated. Come and enjoy a beautiful view of Lake Aiguebelette. Guests can enjoy the swimming pool or hot tub as well as the outdoor wood-fired sauna and terraces. The accommodation, close to Exit 12 of A43. We are 49 minutes to 1 hour from the ski resorts. This rental is only for 2 adults, no children. We also have another rental on the property for 2 people with its private spa and lake view, it is a small house, it is also on airbnb.
