Monthly Rentals in Moskito Island

We had an unforgettable stay at this beautiful property near Leverick Bay. The location is stunning—perched above the bay with sweeping views that truly have to be seen in person to be believed. It felt peaceful and private, yet still close to everything we needed. Emily was a fantastic host—welcoming, attentive, and incredibly responsive throughout our stay. The house is thoughtfully designed with an open layout and modern finishes. We especially appreciated the well-equipped kitchen, which made it easy to prepare some great meals with ingredients from the Chef’s Pantry just down the hill.

We had a perfectly peaceful time at the Green Cottage and loved the fact that the beach was literally steps away. We enjoyed lunch at both beach bars that are within walking distance of the cottage - “Big Bamboo” on one end of the beach and “Flash of Beauty” on the other. We were so content at the cottage and on the beach or sun deck that we rarely left the cottage. The one regret that we have is that we didn’t take more advantage of the “Honor Bar” on the premises with its dart board and swing. We were just so tired at night that we just ran out of steam at the end of the day. DO PROVISION (as suggested) in advance of taking the ferry if you plan on cooking. The small markets have some essentials, but lacking in fresh fruit and veggies while we were there. Overall Anegada has incredible beaches with friendly people and we felt safe the entire time we were there. It was an extraordinary and unforgettable week.

We had such a great time at Cooten House! The view is absolutely beautiful and we soaked up every moment. The hot tub is a wonderful bonus! The area is definitely tricky to drive around as it has very steep hills. We enjoyed Josia’s Beach where we rented boogie boards and had a delicious dinner at The Dove restaurant. I would recommend cooking meals at the house so you can enjoy the view as much as possible. Thank you for your hospitality, Jeremy!

Sarah and Peter's surf shack on Long Bay Beach is the perfect setting for a tropical getaway. The home had everything we needed for a great vacation: beach chairs, snorkel gear, surf boards, toiletries, water, milk, towels. Sarah and Peter even acquired us a traditional coffee pot, even though a Nespresso machine was provided. That was a last minute request we made the day of arrival and they were so kind to oblige our request. We would stay there again and again and recommend to all of our friends! Great place, great hosts!
