Lots of berries and mushrooms, and plenty of birdlife. You can swim and fish in Røyrtjønna, a small lake just below the cabin, and also swim in Ranelva (5 min walk). About 20 min. drive to Sandnessjøen, 25 min. to Mosjøen, and 15 min. to the ferry connection Levang-Nesna. 7 min. from Toventunell. A great starting point for holidays and accommodation in Helgeland.
