Nestled by the river Seine, in an artist village in the region of Champagne, this former priory is located only 100km from Paris (55mn direct train between the neighboring Nogent s/Sein and Gare de l'Est). This is an authentic and ressourcing place, newly renovated, loaded with 400 years of history. We have decorated the house with love and care, the equipment is very generous. Bikes of diverse sizes (for adults and children), kayaks, SUPs and other inside and outside equipments are available.

In a small quiet village, in the heart of Champagne and its vineyards, come and take a break in this country house that can accommodate 4 people: fiber - 1 bed for 2 people - 1 sofa bed for 2 people - baby bed possible. The small train station is an old gate guardhouse. Located in the middle of the fields, it is absolute calm! It's a house that I've completely renovated with eco-friendly materials (straw, earth, local woods) to make it a cozy little nest where it's nice to pick a book from the big library, watch a movie on the cinema screen, dream by the fire. You can stroll along the old railroad voice, and even do velo-rail in the sunny days.

The Edouardine is a renovated guest house on our farm. Composed of a large living room with open kitchen and three beautiful bedrooms, each with its own walk-in shower and private toilet, it is bright.
