I really enjoyed staying here, an extremely quiet place, corresponds with the listing, all very clean and I was very well served by the host.

We spent 30 days in the apartment and, throughout that time, we felt truly at home. The space is cozy, very clean, organized and incredibly tasteful. From the beginning, Daniel welcomed us with great sympathy, presented the apartment in detail and was always available, promptly attending to everything we needed. Without a doubt, when we return to Blumenau, we want to stay again in this very special place. We are very grateful to Daniel and his family for all the affection and attention!

Very nice and comfortable place. Great location with restaurants, pizzeria and supermarkets. The extremely clean and quiet environment. Check-in is very easy and quick. The very helpful Alexandre was worried about receiving me.Local very safe and comfortable for women that like I stayed alone. It was a wonderful stay! Super recommend. The wi fi is outstanding!

Simone is a wonderful, kind person who welcomed us very well. A great option for those seeking tranquility. The house has a good space for two people, simple and pleasant. Location near the city center.
