Extremely gentle and proactive person, the house a real earring, very clean and cozy, my daughters loved it. The location is great, close to the barges and the restaurants. My family marveled at everything. Congratulations to the host!!!

We really enjoyed our short stay in this very well located studio above the arts centre. The equipment is in good condition and nothing is missing from the essentials. We liked the sober decoration and particularly appreciated the airy room with a clear and relaxing view of the Guanabara Bay nature reserve. A big thank you to Zè for his warm welcome, his valuable advice and the exciting discussions fueled by his great knowledge of the region and his international experience. We had a great stay and recommend this accommodation for those who want to discover the island of Paqueta in its best light, while relaxing away from the hustle and bustle of Carioca.

I am very grateful to Mr. Rosenildo, he was ready to assist me during the stay. There were some unforeseen events on my part, before I arrived in Paquetá. But everything was fine, he was super understanding and without a doubt, I will return more often when possible.

As always, I highly recommend staying there. It was an incredible weekend, peaceful and in this house that we love. I have been taking my family for years and we always stay at Daniella's house, who is always friendly. House close to everything, extremely clean, fragrant, tidy and organized. As always, I only missed items that we always saw and that this time there was no longer like soap, oil, salt, coffee and sugar (some of these are in the ad, but we had to buy in the market). Other than that, it's always a 10. I highly recommend it, you won't regret it! We will be back soon.
