This place is lovely! The host is responsive and helpful. The hot tub is a real plus - with the outdoor heater on, we enjoyed using it even though it was sleeting outside (too stormy to try the beautiful fire pit). The house and location are beautiful and spotless. The furnishings are luxe and comfortable. Awkward eating space options - no dining table or large kitchen table. It was unexpected that some of the listed beds are sofas and sofa beds in common rooms, including some of the only beds available when you have booked it for fewer guests. (The larger of two bedrooms and second bathroom are a second locked space that I was glad to access.) It may fit as many people as they listed if everyone shares beds, but not all privately or in actual bedrooms. If I'd had all eight single adult guests, like I paid for, the sleeping and dinner arrangements would have been more problematic. As it happened, overall a great, cozy experience despite unexpected bad weather.

We're so happy to stay at Ying's place. It's way more beautiful and cozier than what the pictures show. Everything is new/remodeled and clean. It takes just a couple minutes to walk to the bus stop near the traffic light to NYC. Parking can be tricky but Ying's clear instructions make us at ease. Overall I'd highly recommend this place for family trip.

The place was very big and nice. The only thing is that I can tell they were renovating the place and the smell of paint was very strong. Beautiful home and very roomy. However, if you will be staying here, make sure to bring some very warm PJs, not for the bedrooms but the kitchen/dinning and living room areas. The place had lots of window so this is why it was a bit hard to warm up those areas but heaters were available to help warm up the place. Overall it was a beautiful home and the host was very responsive. I just wish that with all these AirBnB's they would allow us to check in earlier since check out is so early. You don't get your money's worth or get to enjoy anything. We are checking if after 4 PM (because that is the normal check in time) then have to leave as soon as you wake up EARLY on a Sunday. So technically you enjoy your stay for a day.

The house was perfect for my friends and I! Great location and within a short walking distance to the beach. We also really appreciated the coffee and breakfast buffet in the morning!

Communication was great and home was wonderful

The house and outdoor property were both lovely. It was a great mix of feeling like we were secluded in nature while also having neighbors close by in the event of an emergency (and to have plenty of options on a delivery app when we didn't want to eat out). My teen loved the hot tub, the hammock, and the huge TV in the living room, while my toddler loved the playground, the toy closet in the downstairs living room, and the children's books in her bedroom. Also, checkout was a breeze. Definitely a great spot for families!

The house was beautiful and even nicer than the pictures. We loved the pool and the beach was right there. Tim was super responsive- especially around check in time. Would easily stay there again next time i am im the area !

Terrific house, great deck with spectacular views of the lake (plus, we saw bald eagles twice), nice dock and swimming, very enjoyable and relaxing place for my family to spend an extended weekend. Highly recommend.

Great location, beautiful scenic views, very private with all amenities a small group needs for a perfect vacation or friends and family meet. Highly recommend it. EV charger in the garage was a big relief since we came in with two EVs. Easy check in. No difficulty in finding the house. Lisa was a great host. We will come back again.

The house is very spacious, beautiful. I thinking hopefully soon to be back. I give it a 10/10, and the hostess was a very nice person. I assure you that if you are there, you won't want to leave.

The home was spacious and very clean. It had lots of fun things to do: pool, pool table, video games. It was a very comfortable space for our family. Israel provided great instructions and was very responsive.

Perfect for our family of 12 to spend the holidays. Enough space and rooms for us all. The dining room and table was really important for use and worked out great, not to mention the double oven for Thanksgiving dinner. The toy room was perfect to keep our 3 YOs entertained. We made use of the pool table, fooseball and poker table. The only slight drawback was registration at the welcome center. The paperwork that we filled out was not translated to the welcome center and probably didn't need to be filled out. Their exact words were, we have nothing to do with air BnB and need the information now. Minor frustration but they processed the waiting line as soon as possible. Would have been quicker if both processed. Overall a small speedbump that did not ruin our excitement or experience (only mentioned it for the benefit of future renters - don't sweat the paperwork too much since the welcome center won't use it). Oleg was a great communicator. Would rent again

Some exceptional aspects of the home- the beautiful drive from New York to the home, the wonderful physical location, the peaceful and quiet surroundings, the modern architecture, elegant and well-appointed furniture, very comfortable beds and linens, beautiful outdoor spaces, pristine swimming pool, complete chef’s kitchen, excellent internet speed, clean bathrooms with good water pressure, spectacular views and sunsets, and most of all the kindness, warmth, generosity and responsiveness of the hosts.
