Best place to stay the night if you plan to go to Mapanuepe Lake. Quiet neighborhood, house is very spacious, very clean, the fabric smells good, complete utensils and cookware. 11/10 would recommend.

Arvi & Erick were incredible hosts and extremely accommodating when our flight landed early. The property is absolutely beautiful with so much charm that far exceeds the photos. The beds were comfortable for our family of 8. We also had a great time with the karaoke bar! The location is great if you have transportation. There were a bit of stairs or incline, but it doesn't take away from the stunning views. Highly recommend and would love to rebook here in the future.

The place was really beautiful and very much spacious in person. The interior design was very minimalist yet functional. It's so clean, my allergic rhinitis was not triggered at all. Each space was well-thought. Moreover, the place is very serene and privacy. The area is secluded. We had a relaxing stay. Jo is a wonderful host and the caretakers are also commendable. We'll definitely come back!

Stephen’s place was an excellent stay from start to finish. The unit was spotless, well-maintained, and exactly as described in the listing. It had a cozy and welcoming feel, with all the essentials thoughtfully provided—from kitchen supplies to extra towels and toiletries. The beds were very comfortable, and the overall ambiance made it easy for our group to relax and feel at home. The location was also a huge plus, making it super convenient to get around. We also appreciated how quiet and peaceful the neighborhood was at night. Stephen himself was a fantastic host—very responsive, kind, and respectful. He made sure we had all the information we needed before check-in and even checked in during our stay to ensure everything was going well. That kind of attentiveness really stood out. Overall, I highly recommend Stephen’s place to any group looking for a clean, comfortable, and hassle-free stay. We would definitely book again!

The place looks more beautiful in person than the pictures. Worth the money! 👌 We enjoyed our stay because of the clean, neat, peaceful and beautiful place! Plus, it has many board games, didn’t expect the video game, poker table, big TVs in the living room and 2 bedrooms. We also had the beautiful view of the subic bay. It is also near to ocean adventure and zoobic safari. Will definitely comeback and stay at Crispin’s Place. Thank you so much!

We celebrated my boyfriend’s birthday and our anniversary here and we had the most incredible stay for 2 days at this Airbnb! The views were absolutely breathtaking, and the peaceful and quiet atmosphere made it the perfect escape. The private pool was a highlight, offering the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the serene surroundings in total privacy. We also brought our 2 cats, and they loved the space as much as we did. Tita Luz was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making sure we had everything we needed for a memorable stay. We highly recommend this beautiful place for anyone seeking peace, comfort, and a memorable stay. :)
