This 40-square-metre holiday apartment, fully furnished and with its own terrace, is located in a quiet, idyllic setting on our three-sided farm. The two beds are 1 metre wide and 2 metres long, and there is one 2×2 metre sofa bed, which is very comfortable as a third bed. In 15 minutes, you can walk through the vineyards to reach Seußlitzer Castle. The Elbe Cycle Path is only 400 metres from our place, and you can relax in the Goltzscha natural swimming pool. perfect . From 4 people: wine tasting in our own wine cellar, parking and Bicycles and e-bikes are free of charge.

Our lovely flat has a huge living room, a room with a double bed and babycot and a second bedroom with a queen size bed and single bed. Our kitchen is high quality and modern with all amenities. The area is quite but very close to the city center, either with the tram (10 min) or a nice walk along the Elbe river (30 min). Bakery, grocery store and playgrounds are very close by. We have a trampoline in the backyard. The flat is perfect for a couple or a family with (small) children.

With two separate bedrooms and a sofa bed in the living room, there is enough space for everyone. Enjoy the view and your vacation from the spacious 27 m² balcony. Our modern furnished apartment is located in the old town directly opposite the Rossmann drugstore. From the apartment you can look at the beautiful Triebisch (river) and is very quiet despite the central location. In the immediate vicinity, all the sights in the city can be reached on foot. The S-Bahn station Altstadt is 5 minutes away. Parking in front of the door is subject to a charge of €5 per day, but if you drive 500 m further, these are free of charge.
