Holiday rentals with a patio in Morinj

My friends from Turkey can trust my advice, we had no problems with the house, it was very nice and clean, the view was impeccable

First of all, Kotor was a perfect place. We've already started making plans to go again. Dragan was a great host. He offered us a clean house and all the amenities. Moreover, they surprised us at the last dinner, they served a wonderful dinner, we were very happy. Thank you so much for everything. We'll be back 🌸❤️

Absolutely amazing apartment with beautiful views of the bay and the mountain. Huge fig tree next to the bedroom window, so nice! It’s quiet, great light, not too hot as there’s no direct sun, and has an air-con. The apartment is stylish, super clean and very well equipped, has everything you need. Larisa gave great instructions how to find the place and was very helpful and caring. It’s self check-in which is very convenient. Melinje has a great beach which is 10 min walk from the apartment, clean and not crowded. Some great restaurants around, supermarkets, everything you need. The apartment is on the hill (hence the view!), so a bit of a climb, but nothing a regular person can’t manage, and Larisa tells you about it when booking. Would gladly book again!

We had an amazing 3 week stay here :) you can walk 10 paces and jump in the water, it’s amazing. We were working while we were here, and the wifi was strong and the balcony was a perfect workspace with an amazing view. We would definitely come stay again :)

What an absolutely wonderful experience! From the moment we arrived, it was clear that our host had put tremendous thought and care into every detail of our stay. The space was immaculately clean, you could tell that serious attention had been paid to every corner, from the sparkling bathroom fixtures to the dust-free surfaces throughout. Little touches like the pod coffee machine, soft towels, and blackout curtains showed real consideration for guest comfort. We’ve stayed in many Airbnbs over the years, and this one sets the bar high. Thank you for such a memorable stay!

My wife and I came to Kotor on Honeymoon and chose to stay here as we had rented a car. It was an easy drive from Dubrovnik airport and maps brought us directly to the carpark. House is modern and spotless clean. There was a lot to do in walking distance and the recommended bars and restaurants were brilliant! The view from the balcony in the morning and evening is something to behold! Thanks for having us, Jacob and Gwen.

What can I say, this place is just stunning! Beautiful little slice of heaven right on the water. Great to have our own private patio as well as the gorgeous shared pool and roof terrace which was all kept so clean and tidy. The location was ideal for us as we hired a car, but such a lovely walk along the path right into Kotor town. Delicious local restaurants a short walk away and a handy shop next door. We organised a boat tour through the company too and it was fantastic. One to do for sure. All in all an incredible stay and can’t wait to visit again.

Really beautiful accommodation!!! Unobstructed view of the Boka Kotorska. Peaceful environment ideal for relaxation. Very welcoming hosts, thank you to Milena and her husband for their kindness! If we return to Montenegro we will definitely come back!!

Despite the late arrival, Biljana was still on site and waiting for us. TipTop clean and well-maintained apartment with a beautiful view from the balcony. Restaurants and the harbour itself are super accessible on foot. Thank you! Gladly again!

Great place, worth every dollar.

beautiful place, with overlooking views its spotless and the host have welcomed us when we arrived explaining everything inside the room, gave us recommendation for tours and etc. Extremely helpful. The only downside is its high up the hill so if you are not active going up and down the hill is a challenge. Otherwise it is a great place its 20mins walk from the old town.

Fantastic stay with one of the best hot tubs in terms of quality of the hot tub itself and the beautiful views from sitting within it. Comfortable bed. The walk into town is easier than the walk back, but there are plenty of taxis. The home is really well equipped with everything you need, including washing detergent for the washing machine, and the beer and wine were gratefully received too (thank you). The garden was a peaceful place to have a drink, a relax, and read a book. The outside table wasa great place to have an Al fresco meal. Communication with our host, Snezana, was good and helpful. If I come back to Tivat I will look to stay here again.

As a family with 2 children going abroad for the first time, the location of the house was very nice. We were comfortable because it had a private parking space. We went to Kotor old city by car. We had no trouble checking in. The host lady quickly answered every question we asked. Overall, we were very satisfied

This is a gem within the old town. The location is exceptional while the apartment itself is the perfect spot to escape the crowds and relax. Well decorated and looks newly renovated. Perfect for a large family or group of friends.

Really good stay at the apartments! The few from the front rooms is stunning. Easily walkable into Tivat, near bars and restaurants and a really peaceful spot. Modern flat with decent finishes. Thanks Antonio

Lovely place! It was our first time in Montenegro and we couldn’t find a better place to say. Nikola is very reactive, we even had a welcome champagne and chocolate. The place really look like the pictures. Nice view on mountains and the sea, we loved it. The neighborhood is really calm, a lot of cats outside tho (perfect place for cat lovers !) The place is actually located in Dobrota, we booked a car for the week so we could join the center of kotor very fast (10 min). It is was a perfect stay, definitely coming back !! Love Montenegro 😘
