What a lovely place! Clean, peaceful, and comfortable. There were flowers on the table and cold waters in the fridge. The bed was super comfortable with good linens. It's a great quiet place for visiting Asheville and surroundings. We really enjoyed starting our day with a yoga class at the Community Yoga Center that is less than a mile away. Booking, checking/getting in was a breeze, and Phil always responded quickly to messages.

The location is unbeatable—just a short, easy walk to downtown, which made getting to the Billy Strings show every night a breeze. The space itself was spotless, incredibly comfortable, and had everything we needed for a perfect stay. You can tell they put a lot of thought into making their guests feel at home. We’ll 100% be back next time we’re in town.

We had a great stay!! Appreciated the fresh bag of ice waiting for us, loved being close to everything and even caught a Tourists game.

The house was in a nice neighborhood and only a few minutes from downtown. It was very clean and spacious.

This place is very welcome very cozy very clean with a beautiful view of the mountains. Very quiet and relaxing place .we enjoyed our vacation and we will come back . Great place for a girl's vacation. Mark's place had everything we needed and looked exactly like the pictures. It was very clean and had a great vibe. Bedrooms were a bit small for all our luggage, but we managed. We really appreciated the efficiency of the elevators!! It was less than a mile to walk to downtown. You should definitely walk Coxe Avenue as there is so much to do on that street. The neighborhood looked like it was up-and-coming so a bit rough in some nearby areas, but we always felt safe. Would book this home again.

This beautiful little home was exactly what we needed for the weekend. It was perfect for 2 people, was clean and peaceful. If we ever need to come back to the area, this will be where we stay.

The place was amazing and comfy, my family loved the view from the apartment and we spent a great time in Grandfather Mountain! The host was very kind and really helpful. We’d love to rent this place again in the future — (10/10)

Jennifer and her co-hosts were very responsive to any questions we had. The condo was perfect for our family vacation. Close to ski slopes, but not within walking distance, which was fine with us. The kitchen was well equipped with everything needed to cook. All instructions were clear and easy to follow. The porch furniture was the best, love the gliders. And the view of Grandfather Mountain and surrounding mountains was beautiful. Great experience!!

Your place was very lovely. It was very clean and I hope we left it without any issues and followed your check out instructions. Unfortunately the pool and Jacuzzi was out of service due to them doing renovations but that was ok and we understood, stuff like that has to happen from time to time. Fabby is a wonderful host! The beautiful unit was well stocked with everything we needed. I see the care Fabby puts into making guests very comfortable for their stay. We adored being so close to the slopes. We could see the chair lift from the balcony. I highly recommend this location. We would love to return.

I would highly recommend this spot to friends visiting Asheville! Very easy to find, close to downtown while still quiet, and above a wonderful bar!
