It was built about 1840, and is a 1 story, 3 bay, hip-roofed, Greek revival styled frame house. SEE OUR COVID 19 PROTOCOLS AND SAFETY MEASURES below @ OTHER THINGS TO NOTE. This comfy, cute, and stylish family home is located near Lenoir Rhyne University in Hickory, NC. Under a 10 minute drive to quaint downtown Hickory with plenty of shopping and historical districts nearby. Stay in and cook a warm meal while relaxing indoors or step out outside and have a seat on the bench under the covered front porch. Listen to the birds singing while flying about in the nearby tree. We personally live close to the property and will be available if you need us.

There are small children in our home so there will likely be fun and laughter happening in the shared yard space.

In the huge backyard are two private fire-pits: one on sandy area on the river bank and the other to the right of the house looking up river. Riverside lower duplex enters from back/other side. *No shared inside space.
