The first floor consists of a large living room, kitchen and a bathroom and the second floor consists of 3 furnished and comfortable bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, all for the exclusive use of guests. The location is very beautiful, overlooking the Aso valley and the panoramic views range from the Sibillini mountains, also known as the blue mountains, to the Adriatic sea.
