Welcome to our newly built cottage in a quiet location with lovely sea views. The cottage is located 100 meters from the sea where there is a swimming area and a cozy promenade. On the roof terrace of the cabin you can enjoy the beautiful sunsets over the Kalmarsund. Mörbylånga C, with restaurants, cafés and a grocery store, is about 800 metres away. An outdoor gym, pump track and a popular playground are within 1 km. In Mörbylånga C there is also bike rental. In southern Öland, nature is in focus with, among other things, Alvaret and the cultivation landscape.

Cottage in a quiet location in the terraced village of Vickleby on southern Öland. The cottage is 26 m2 with a sleeping loft of 10 m2, surrounded by a beautiful garden, built with different rooms separated by trellised pear trees and full of other fruit trees, vegetables and flowers. Vickleby is located in the World Heritage Site of Southern Öland's Agricultural Landscape, on the edge of Stora Alvaret, with its unique flora and two km away from the sea with swimming or windsurfing at Haga Park, or bird watching at Beijershamn. Five minutes walk to Capellagården.

Close to much of what makes Öland unique. Fully equipped kitchen, toilet, shower, TV and WiFi, bedroom with double bed 160 cm. On the property, there are two cottages, one of which is occupied by us, the owners. The cottage we rent is best suited for two, but there are four beds with sofa bed (140 cm) in the living room and double bed (160 cm) in the bedroom. Bed linens/towels can be rented.

The kitchen is well equipped and has a dining area for at least six people. Fresh bathroom. Wifi is available throughout the cottage. Cot and high chair are also available. The cottage is close to nature with walking distance to Mörbylånga center and swimming areas. Bicycles are available to borrow.

Smålandstorpet

Welcome to Torestorps Drängstuga - an ancient house in the heart of Småland! Here, real fairy tales, heroes, love, hard work and celebration live in the walls. The house is about 100 m2 in two levels and is located a stone's throw from a larger farm building in the middle of the countryside in the Småland forests. You can get to Kalmar and Öland in 30-60 minutes and to Nybro to shop in ten. There are duvets, a wood-burning stove, a sauna in the woods and the cat Doris will be happy to stay with you if you want company.

Modern cottage only 15 meters from the beach and the jetty that leads you into the sea. The accommodation built in 2019 is beautifully situated on Dunö about 10 min (car) south of Kalmar. The cottage comprises 25 sqm floor + 10sqm sleeping loft and has a full kitchen and bathroom with shower. Proximity to exercise tracks and several other bathing areas and jetties. Only 15 meters from the ocean and 10 minutes from central Kalmar you find this newly built cottage. Modern amenities close to the best of nature.

In the area there are 2 tennis courts, football pitch, playground, pool, children's pool and kiosk during the high season.

During the spring, the small village street between Karlevi and Eriksöre is a well-visited stretch with its flowering slopes and fragrant lilac bushes. The village is located in the cultivated landscape of Southern Öland, which is a world heritage site.
