The air-conditioned house is well located, there are no direct neighbors, the existing ones are at a sufficient distance. Our holiday home is not directly on the waterfront, but on the other side of the road there is the regulated Danube branch. The local tourist tax is payable separately, the rate of which is 300 HUF/person/night.

We created the "Za górami za lasami" settlement out of love for the mountains, mornings with views of the peaks and a passion for hiking and MTB. If it is important for you to immerse yourself in nature, but at the same time you are looking for a place that will give you access to attractions such as trekking routes, bicycle routes or ski lifts, then we are for you. It is a place for families with children, groups of friends or singles, as long as you value nature and peace. The settlement is located in the Śnieżnicki Landscape Park.

Elsbeer Chalet

Thanks to the large windows, all rooms are very bright. Special attention has been paid to the high-quality furnishings. Among other things, you will find a kitchen and a dining table with armchairs made of solid Elsbeer wood. There is free Wi-Fi throughout the chalet, but it can also be switched off on request. The permanently installed air conditioner not only cools and heats, it also cleans the air of various bacteria and thus creates a clean living environment. If requested, we can provide a crib.

Design apartment at Villa Tugendhat

The apartment is located in the peaceful and attractive neighborhood of Černá Pole, just 5 minutes by tram or a pleasant 15-minute walk from the city center. Welcome to our unique Tiny house on the outskirts of Kutná Hora. This is one of the most successful models in this segment and you won't find another similar piece in the Czech Republic :-) The feeling of spaciousness is the main weapon of this house. A family of five can comfortably function on 24m2 with 38m2 of living space. The structure is a wooden building for permanent living, including hot water, infrared heating, air conditioning. Very quiet location, not suitable for noisy parties.
