Amazing apartment with amazing view ! We really enjoyed our stay.

The apartment looks even prettier in real life than in the photos. The entire accommodation was spotlessly clean, the location very quiet, the parking behind the house was protected, the kitchen was well (incl. coffee, oil, salt, pepper), communication with Jaromír was always friendly and helpful! Impeccable accommodation for a couple, clean and tidy with excellent bedding. Located 20 minutes' walk from Schonbronn, it is a little out of the way but the city centre is easily accessible via bus 63A (stop just in front of the accommodation) which drops you off at the foot of the metro (Line U4 to reach Stephenplatz) in the city centre. There's no need to rent a car to visit Vienna. And a big thank you to our hosts who allowed us to drop off our suitcases on arrival at 10 a.m. in the accommodation, which allowed us to visit Vienna in the best conditions from the first day!!

Like the other reviews, can’t go wrong! Only thing to be aware, which is completely my misunderstanding, is there is one toilet and one shower(2 sinks). Final note worth mentioning which is the water pressure in the shower is amazing! Definitely don’t hesitate to rent.

The place was clean and even nicer than the pictures showed. The view and the terrace are very nice. The system is safe. The pool was also good in terms of temperature. Everything great! Bettina was very helpful, reliable and always easy to reach!

The apartment was clean, spacious and close to a metro station. The pool in the top of the building is an excellent addition.

Natalie was super helpful getting questions answered. The time difference had some delays as expected. Was perfect place for myself and friends who traveled there. The courtyard was beautiful, quiet and peaceful. We cooked several meals. She arranged to have breakfast made for us just down the street since they didn't have anything in town which we did for the first couple of days until our activities took us elsewhere. She provided many details and suggestions for tourist type stuff. We also had a car, public transportation is available, but we didn't use it. All in all, was a fabulous trip and happy we stayed there.

Fabulous and totally independent apartment. 13 km from Samorin's X-Bionic Sphere. We had a great time, the apartment is beautiful and well cared for. The spaces are very spacious and bright. The super equipped kitchen, with a fabulous coffee machine, with a coffee grinder. Highly recommended.

👍🏼 everything is perfect. A huge loft - really cool and will book it again. No neighbors, undisturbed, flooded with light and very quiet. 10 min walk to the center

Michal was a really fantastic host!! He took care of us the whole time and was interested in whether we had everything we needed! The accommodation was even more beautiful in person than in the photos! The garden is really stunning and beautifully maintained! The house had everything you needed for the whole stay! Staying at Fillip's place was a unique and unforgettable experience! The place was well-equipped and surprisingly comfortable. The house was perfect for kids, with plenty of space and a lovely lake . Filip was an outstanding host, always quick to respond and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. We can’t wait to come back!

I could check in a few hours before the deadline, peace and quiet, I could easily work in peace, the house had everything I could expect, including coffee and tea. If I'm in a similar situation, I'll be sure to book again. Recommended!

Really helpful with the day to day communication. The place could do with a few checks on health and safety e.g the trampoline could do with restoring for the kids.

We stayed a long weekend with friends at Jiřís place and spend it playing tennis, cooking, playing pool, using the sauna and exploring the area. We could have not asked for more - the house is spacious and has ample space to spend time together but also relax by yourself for a bit. The kitchen has everything needed for cooking together and we could also use the outdoor grill. Jiří is very hospitable and helped quickly when we had queries. All in all, we can highly recommend this lovely house in a beautiful area!

Regina’s apartment was a beautiful haven in Vienna. We stayed 2 nights and appreciated the stylish apartment which had all that we could ask for. We really enjoyed the air conditioning on a hot day, cooking in the well set up kitchen and a comfortable nights sleep! The apartment is an easy walk to all the local sites and public transport.

Totally fantastic! A lovely apartment, very well laid out and bright, with good space (even for 八卦掌 exercise). Nice living/kitchen area, with nearby bedroom and bathroom. Private and peaceful, many nearby green places and even for swimming. Sabine was great with communication and hospitality. I arrived on a Sunday (supermarkets closed) and she kindly provided some cooking supplies I was lacking. The only drawback, I could not share the experience with my wife. Again, fantastic
