There are beds for 4 people with 2 extra on the sofa bed downstairs if needed. Perfect for a small family group or couple. Private spa area and sauna can be booked at extra cost

Self contained unit attached to main house with own entry and private garden. Queen size bed in main room with small room adjoining with single bed and tea and coffee making facilities,fridge,microwave,toaster. NO kitchen. En-suite toilet, shower and wash basin, adjoins little room. Original art works by Caroline Colman and Mac Betts. Sit outside and enjoy the views of the hills and our beautiful WA birds (magpies, galahs,parrots,wattlebirds,wrens, honey eaters etc)

The Old Dairy Homestead

The large rammed earth home with 4 spacious bedrooms and a total of five beds with the master bedroom featuring its own en-suite bathroom. The home is open plan and features a large and modern, farm style fully equipped kitchen that adjoins the family room with its iconic, cast iron pot belly stove to keep you cosy in the colder months and also has reverse cycle air conditioning for the warmer months. There is a central games room with a pool table and a TV.

Swan Valley Heights - Suffolk Studio

This is a fully self contained private Studio Apartment. It is part of an enormous house which consists of Merino Manor, 3br unit plus Perendale Penthouse, 4br unit. Combined the three units can accomodate 22 guests It has a well set up kitchen with pantry, four element electric stove, good sized fridge and freezer, large comfy lounge and enough crockery and cutlery to cater for up to six people in case you have visitors call in.

Railway Chalet

Nestled in the beautiful Avon Valley a 5 minute walk from the town centre is a lovingly restored 1896 Victorian brick cottage. Step back in time to one of the oldest country cottages in Toodyay. The cottage boasts high ceilings, floorboards, a open fireplace and surrounding verandahs. The property is situated on over 2000 sq metres of land. Sit on the back verandah whilst watching the trains go by.
