A perfect villa for a peaceful getaway in the sun. Lovely outdoor space and comfortable accommodation. It’s a short walk to the shops and about a 20 min walk to the beach and the old town.

Alvaros apartment was exactly as described and even better than the pictures. The apartment was pristine with great amenities. The location was right within the heart of old town with lots of bars and restaurants and a short walk from the beach. The hosts were so attentive and gave some great local recommendations. Would recommend this place to anyone, and will definitely be back. Thankyou Alvaro and family we had a really special time.

It's a lovely area, it's in a residential neighborhood, so you'll meet a lot of locals. It's definitely not an area for people with walking difficulties, but very charming. Marlena and Gøran are very sweet and helpful.

Fantastic stay! We had an incredible time with the family. Ideal for going with children for the convenience of being literally right on the beach. A very nice, practical house with wonderful views. Everything is easy and simple with Manuela, very kind. We'll try to come back for sure!

It's a perfect apartment for a plan like ours (a 5-day couple's getaway). The beach next door, the tram too, good restaurants and the center of Alicante about 15 minutes by tram. The apartment is small, but you don't miss anything. Not a single noise at night. Communication with Rubén was excellent, by phone he informed me of everything at the time, and he even took care of booking us a taxi to the airport. Perfect stay, we will return for the apartment, the host and the beach, which is spectacular

Describing this accommodation in one word would be spectacular, the best view we've had of all the places we've been, the apartment is more beautiful than what you see in photos and the views are the plus, plus Alex is an excellent host, attentive and always willing, I'd love to return to this apartment, again thank you very much Alex for the experience and entrusting us with your apartment.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful house! The view of the sea is stunning, and we really appreciated the pool area. The house was clean, well-equipped, and located in a private and peaceful area – just what we were looking for. Great communication with the host as well. We had everything we needed for a relaxing and memorable vacation.

This place was perfect for us. A little bit of paradise. So many birds singing at dawn, lush plants and flowers, a beach for swimming in five minute walk. The pool at the house is fantastic. Totally lovely hosts.

Absolutely recommended!! Were immediately warmly welcomed and everything was explained. Super nice accommodation where we immediately felt at home. Everything very clean and nicely designed. Check-in and check-out were hassle-free. We even got tips on where to eat. Amenities were perfect. You have everything you need. The owner also provided us with snacks and drinks upon arrival. We will be happy to come back.

The house is very nice, definitely worth it! A car is definitely an advantage, as it is located on a mountain, but you have fantastic views! Hugues responds quickly and clearly to messages and questions, that was great. Thanks Hugues

We've had a great stay at the Jave. The house was very spacious, well equipped and private. The outside was beautiful and offered a lot of possibilities for swimming, sunbathing, cooking and eating. It matches the description and the pictures very well. The hosts were very forthcoming and the communication was easy and fast. We can only recommend the Jave!

We absolutely fell in love with this place, the view is stunning, super close to the best calas of javea. Very quite and beautiful area. David and Aitana were excellent hosts. We are definitely coming back again

Sandra was a wonderful host, from start to finish. The apartment was better than described in a great location and all within walking distance to Calp area. A wonderful stay at Cumbre Del Sol! Right from the beginning Alfredo was responsive and helpful with recommending places to go. The apartment is clean, well decorated, with a grill for outdoor cooking. The area is a quiet residential complex with 3 pools and a small play park. At times we had the pool to ourselves, usually another couple of a few families. Both pools are only a short walk from the apartment. The surroundings are beautiful and the view from the apartment is stunning. You will need a car to get around but the nearest grocery store is only about 5 or 10 minutes by car. The area is popular with expats as there is a large international school in Benitachell. There is a decent coffee shop a short drive away near the school. We visited Beniasia restaurant which was fantastic. Close by there is Cala Lleibeg, a stony beach, which was beautiful. A short drive is Cala Moraig, a busier beach but with life guards and perfect conditions for sea swimming! Thank you Alfredo!

We had a lovely stay at Francisco's place. He kindly arranged for us to check in early due to our arrival time, he was very responsive and nothing was too much trouble. The apartment is gorgeous, the view is breathtaking, it's very peaceful and has everything you need. There are a few nice bars/restaurants and a supermarket within walking distance and the old town isn't far if you like a longer walk and a bit more going on. We were very happy just enjoying the peaceful, quiet area 🙂 The shared pool is a great size and we had it to ourselves quite often!

Dorian’s apartment is the perfect place to enjoy a great time off. Every equipment that we needed was already there, such as a coffee machine with some capsules and basic cooking equipment like salt and pepper. We felt at home right away. The view from the balcony is stunning, the promenade and the beach are literally only 10 steps away. We would definitely visit again!

Great apartment, very central location. Walking distance to the beach, shops and bars. Stayed for a month in November so we didn’t use the pool however it looked very nice. The road can be a little noisy at times. A very responsive host. Great time spent there.

An absolute gem in the heart of Jávea Port - unbeatable sunrise views to wake up to everyday, and the apartment itself is gorgeous. Located above lots of great restaurants & short walk to supermarkets, however you still feel tucked away in your own little sanctuary. Absolutely loved my stay & will definitely be back ☺️ Inge was a perfect host, as flexible as possible with check in/ check out & very helpful with recommendations - thanks again!
