Enjoy your stay in this simple flat in an old house between Hieflau at the Enns river and Eisenerz, the medieval mining town for iron. Listen to the rushing Alpine river Erzbach; climb some peaks in the surrounding Alps or swim in the lake Leopoldsteinersee in a 10km bike ride on a cycle path. Update June 2025: works started to build a water power station on the river below the house. As a result there might be noise between 8am and 4 pm on weekdays and the river bank is not accessible.

This is a breathtaking place for people who really want peace and nature, far away from everything else. Meadow, forest, fresh air and mountains. Here there are deer, chickens, cats and bees. The apartment is on a farm, alone in the middle of a large clearing, which I am building as an organic farm with permaculture. It consists of a huge room with wooden floor, new wood-burning stove and mountain views, as well as a bathroom, and a kitchen.

Starting point for many hiking trails and excursion destinations, right on the way to Lugauer. There is enough space for your children to play, pet and watch animals. To relax, you have seating and space for grilling at the edge of the forest.

Bärbel's Panoramic Hut

Bärbel's Panorama Hut is 40 m² for self-catering with its own terrace and sauna bunk bed 120 wide a real cuddly hut and is located in the Präbichl ski and hiking area in Styria. The hut has a sun terrace and an infusion sauna. The Swedish stove in the living room provides cozy warmth. At the Praebichl there are numerous hiking opportunities, via ferrata, climbing park and gentle tourism. I'd love to answer any questions you may have.

The spacious rooms are equipped with high-quality furniture and amenities to ensure you have a pleasant stay. Take long hikes or, for adrenaline junkies, there are also opportunities for climbing or rafting. A regional breakfast can be delivered to your apartment every morning in a basket on request!

Zwetschge sleeping hut (My little break)

Our offer includes a cozy sleeping hut with box-spring beds for nightly comfort, infrared heating and satellite TV. Bed linen and towels are of course provided. The toilet and shower are in a separate building and are shared. Relaxation options include a barrel sauna and sun loungers. In our lounge area next to the bathrooms you will find a spacious bench, a fridge with drinks and a coffee maker.

The apartment Almhütte This apartment is reminiscent of the appearance of an alpine hut due to its rustic construction. Of course, the apartment is also well equipped with bathroom, toilet and TV, so nothing stands in the way of a relaxing stay. Single authorization is only possible on request.
