An absolutely amazing stay! The place is modern, immaculately clean, beautifully presented, and incredibly comfortable. From the moment I arrived, it felt warm and welcoming — the heating was already on, and the host had even provided a milk of my choice, which was a thoughtful touch. I really appreciated the secure garage and the perfect location — close to the town centre, yet peaceful and quiet. One of the standout details was a drawer stocked with handy essentials like chargers, cables, and other bits you might forget when travelling. It’s those little touches that made the stay extra convenient and enjoyable. The hosts were fantastic — super responsive, helpful, and welcoming. I’d happily stay here again and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. A fantastic experience from start to finish!

We were staying for work, so Birch Cottage was a comfortable "home away from home". Within walking distance for everything in Shepp, we would really recommend this as a great holiday stay for anyone wanting to explore Shepparton and districts. It's a great little place and really comfortable.

We had an amazing stay! The house was warm and cozy thanks to the split systems, which kept us comfortable throughout. The beds were incredibly comfy, and the large master bedroom was a real treat—with plenty of space and a TV with Apple Play for relaxing in the evenings. The place was perfect for families—our kids loved the backyard with the swing set, trampoline, and toys. It kept them entertained for hours while we relaxed. Everything was clean, well-equipped, and exactly as described. Highly recommend this home for a family getaway, and we’d definitely love to come back!
