Our small vacation home is located in the middle of our horse farm on which we also live ourselves. Here you can live idyllically in nature and still be conveniently located. Quiet walking paths directly from the farm invite you to stroll through nature. The proximity to Augsburg and Munich (each approx. 30 minutes by car) is ideal for city tours. The small cottage has a small kitchen and a bathroom with sauna. A car is an advantage.

Our apartment is located in the middle of the beautiful center of Geltendorf. The nearest shopping is about 3 km away and offers, among other things, a supermarket, a bakery and a drugstore. Day trips to the Bavarian lakes Ammersee, Lake Starnberg, the Allianz Arena in Munich, or the Bavarian Alps are no problem. Seasonal attractions such as the Kaltenberg Knights' Games or the Munich Oktoberfest
