At the beginning of 2025, we took it over and since then we have been transforming five apartments into stylish retreats with a lot of love – three are already finished. Our focus is deliberately on slowing down and relaxing. We have done away with televisions and invite you to come to yourself: in nature, on the nearby beach. Listen to the sound of the waves, breathe deeply and enjoy the simple, beautiful life.

A warm welcome! You will spend your holiday in a wooden holiday home in the middle of the countryside, which we have designed according to ecological and sustainable building criteria. It is located in a small holiday village, has 3 bedrooms on 2 floors, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, living room and dining area. Outside there is a perennial garden with berries and flowers and a swimming pond 200 metres away at the Parin manor house! The ground floor is barrier-free and has been certified as such .

Unsere kleinste Wohnung mit fast 30 m² bietet Platz für zwei Personen. Aufgeteilt ist die Wohnung in einen Koch- und Essbereich, einen Schlaf- und Wohnbereich, sowie das Bad. Die Wohnung ist eine Nichtraucherwohnung. Mitten im Bad steht ein alter Holzstützbalken und als Badezimmertür dient eine nachgebaute Stalltür. Der Holzfußboden verleiht eine gemütliche und natürliche Atmosphäre… Die Sauna und Ladestationen können kostenpflichtig dazu gebucht werden… solange verfügbar…

In the lovingly developed adjoining house there is a sauna with bath and shower and an idyllic relaxation area with outdoor shower.
