Chazy Boat ramp is 500 feet from the house so do not hesitate to bring your boat. You can enjoy the beautiful sunset outside or from the veranda or decide to stay cozy by the fireplace inside. Magical Treehouse

Sleep up in the trees in our cozy Magical Treehouse. This place is the perfect base camp for your next adventure, or a unique spot to curl up with a good book. The perfect place to be in the woods, but not isolated. Cook your meals in the nearby cookhouse (40’ away, unheated) on a camp stove or over an open campfire. A heated bathroom/shower is 20’ away. We provide you with linens, cookware, plus help you plan your trip. Property includes miles of hiking trails and beautiful places to explore!

Ridgevue retreat; peaceful country getaway

This bright, spacious apartment features a private bathroom, outdoor hot tub, private entrance and two private decks. The apartment is located on the second floor of our beloved farmhouse. Enjoy the views from the outdoor hot tub or the south-facing deck or enjoy miles of walking trails through our pasture and forest. Welcome to Whispering Maples! Relax with the whole family here, located near the Canadian Border in Upstate NY. The property consists of 62+ acres of wooded land with a sugar bush & walking trail. Cool off in the summer months in the pool or warm up in the evenings in the hot tub. Situated between the house & pool you will find an extended deck with plenty of space to accommodate outdoor dining & relaxation. Sit out for an evening and enjoy the peaceful surroundings nature has to offer.

Old Wood Hollow Retreat (Farm)

Located an hour outside of Montreal, Old Wood Hollow is a brick victorian homestead nestled far from the road, deep in the woods. With 100 acres to explore across hay fields, an orchard and a wooded trail, the modern farmhouse (complete with a built-in generator and a heated floors) offers a respite from the city. *Pool opens June 20th & closes on Labour Day. Please note the pool is NOT GUARANTEED. It’s an older pool & sometimes must be closed or conditioned temporarily. Thank you!
