Great for riding bikes, skateboarding or walking. Several well-known restaurants and trolley stop to Ogunquit are within a 5 minute walk. A grocery store and pharmacy are less than a 10 minute drive. (The beach is NOT private to owners only) At the end of the day, the whole family can enjoy our spacious backyard. The kids will love the playground while you relax watching the sunset ver the march. Our hot tub is open all year round! The open-concept main living area is on the second floor to enjoy the views of the ocean.

Very white, bright, and clean and can sleep up to 12 people. Amazing views and location, and it's one of a kind. The sunrises and sunsets can be seen on both sides of the home. The kitchen is stocked with everything from a microwave to a blender...you'll have what you need...and parking for 4 cars.

This is a one bedroom unit with its own private bathroom close to Wells Beach, and Route 1 Shopping, restaurants , etc. High-speed WiFi, AC/Heat, comfy queen sized bed, mini fridge, microwave, table with 2 chairs, ceiling fan, first aid kit, iron, and blow dryer. I don't do long term rentals for the summer but please message me if you'd like to do a long term rental from October to May.
