Beautiful villa with a sensational view . Rod was an amazing host that lives downstairs so always accessible for any matters. Bagni di Lucca definitely a region worth staying in.

We had a really lovely stay at the house. The poolside and the view are awesome and Marco was super nice. I absolutely recommend to do the wine tasting with dinner!

if someone is looking for a quiet and beautiful place, this is the place for you! We stayed at Villa sole mio for a week. The view is far-reaching and beautiful. The villas are a little remote meaning that you have to be mobile, but you get peace throughout the day. The location is ideally located geographically and you can reach Lucca,Pisa,Siena and Florence. You can also reach the sea within 45 minutes. Ideal to visit cities in the morning and enjoy the fantastic pool with the view in the afternoon. Our host, Martina was very friendly and always helpful. The employees who work on the property are also very friendly and keep the complex in good shape. What should be mentioned is the access road to the villa. You can only reach the villas by a narrow one-lane pebble path of about 400 m long. A sports car or a lowered vehicle is not recommended. I can only recommend Villa sole mio. Would go there again immediately.

Roberto was extremely helpful, kind and accommodating for our very specific needs. The location and property are unique and absolutely beautiful. It provided a wonderful escape and peaceful break, while being well connected to nearby Florence and Lucca.

We were 9 people who lived in the house and enjoyed our stay! The house was very clean and has good air conditioning on the upper floor. The highlight is definitely the great pool where our kids had a lot of fun! The house has a great location to explore the beautiful Tuscany (Lucca, Pisa, Florence, 5Terre,...). The infrastructure in the village offers everything you need and the landlady was always available for questions and very helpful. Thank you!!!

This accommodation is incredibly beautiful, and the sunsets were a masterpiece. Leonardo was super friendly, helpful, and very quick to respond to questions, offering advice and tips on everything from restaurants to activities. We stayed here for a week and drove to Florence for a day. Be sure to ask Leonardo about the best places to park in Florence, as parking in the city can be difficult. Londa is a small village, very peaceful and relaxing if you enjoy that kind of atmosphere. You can also take the train into Florence if you're looking for a bit more city life.

There is a playground and park right in front, and the natural environment is very good. The house was also useful in every space. Hosts love people and especially kids. From board games to skating to soccer balls to ping pong, they helped me relax and schedule well.

Paolo's house is very sweetly cut and decorated. We felt right at home and spent a very nice week there. Paolo gave us a very warm welcome and said goodbye and otherwise we had our peace and privacy even though we lived far together on the beautiful grounds. We would definitely book again. We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful villa in Italy! The property was even more stunning in person—peaceful, beautifully maintained, and full of charm. Every detail was thoughtfully arranged, making it feel like a true home away from home. What really made our stay exceptional, though, were the hosts. They were incredibly kind, responsive, and attentive throughout our visit, always available if we had questions or needed anything. Their hospitality truly elevated our experience. We left with amazing memories and can’t wait to return. Highly recommend!

Olga's villa was the perfect get away for my family. She was incredibly helpful and responsive with such great recommendations! we went to a few of the places she had recommended and they did not disappoint. we also became good friends with her sister's dog Thor who was an absolute sweet heart and great addition to our trip. would most definitely return dueinf warmer weather to use the pool!

We had a fantastic stay at the wonderful Meriggio Barn. The photos don’t do this gorgeous property justice! The house itself is beautiful, classically decorated and expansive space and very well equipped kitchen. All three bedrooms were a great size and the air conditioning kept us nice and cool . The house is set within beautiful rolling Tuscan hills with great views all around, enabling us to enjoy stunning sunsets every evening. The infinity pool was absolutely fantastic - a lot bigger than we expected and we had lots of fun relaxing and keeping cool in the water. The location is great - 40 mins to Pisa and the same for Florence, so we enjoyed visiting those cities as well as getting the train from Florence to Rome. Elisa and the owner Adolfo were perfect hosts, helping us swiftly with any questions we had or recommendations required (the tip to drive and park at the tram stop was perfect, as well as the recommendations for the best local pizza!). An incredibly beautiful place to stay with a gorgeous garden - much nicer than in the photos! The host is very friendly, set up and helpful. The highlight is the pool and the view - pure relaxation! Shopping facilities are a short walk away by car. We'll be back for sure.

Gorgeous rustic villa in the Tuscan Hills. Very useful that accommodation is across two houses and that each bedroom has its own bathroom. Pool was lovely. Kitchen had everything we needed. The only thing I would add is a sofa to slouch on for rainy nights or after walking the beautiful cities of Florence, Lucca and Pisa. Great laundry for long stay guests. Brenda was very responsive and accommodating.

Everything was exactly as described and shown. Communication with Franco and his father went smoothly. The house may not be easy to find; we were picked up at a meeting point, which made many things easier. With large, bulky cars, the route was not easy to drive, but doable. The amenities were great, a small oven was available, it could have been a little bigger. In one bathroom, the shower and toilet are opposite each other and after the shower, half the bathroom is very wet. But it was no problem for us. The pool and grounds are wonderful! We had a wonderfully relaxing vacation at Franco's and find that the price-performance ratio was right. We can recommend Franco's house in good conscience and hopefully have the opportunity to come back again!

Actually the place does NOT look like the pictures. It is much, much prettier and more impressive than the photos! The home had everything that we needed and was a very comfortable place to stay. It is private and quiet. Even though the weather in December is cool, there were great places to walk around the villa. It was very fortunate we were able to attend Mass at the church in the village on Christmas Eve since it is rarely celebrated there now. The drive up to the villa is challenging, so be aware. It was not a problem, but if you are older or uncomfortable on narrow winding road, it is something to consider. Also, with the cool weather, please note that heating gas is an extra charge. That is only fair as people have different standards for inside temperature and I understand propane is expensive in rural Italy. Cris was amazing -- always friendly and responsive. I wish I was likely to return, but there is a whole world to see. Highly recommended to my family and friends.

We couldn’t believe our luck, when we arrived at Lo Scopeto. Such a beautiful place. The views, the pool and the house. The house is even more spacious and pretty than on the photos. It’s clear that this is more than a rental. The fact that the owners use the house themselves means that they have thought of everything to make you feel welcome and entertained; a fully stocked library, comfortable beds, lots of kitchen utensils (not a given with airbnb rentals) and spot-on recommendations for the area. We loved our stay here and warmly recommend it!

We stayed for a week with my parents and our kids. The size of the villa meant we had plenty of space but also the layout allowed us to have fabulous places to spend time together eating etc. the rooms were all large and had their own bathrooms. Beds super comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped and the external bbq was great for the nights we ate in. The pool was glorious - good size and plenty of space and beds/seats around for everyone. But the best thing was the views - you could sit all day and take in the countryside and breathe in the fresh air. The location was great to visit the main cities and sites as well as explore smaller towns. And finally, our host, Tina. She was an absolute gem. So helpful and friendly, great recommendations for places to eat and visit. If there was a prize for best host she would be a well deserving winner.

Excellent place. The villa was kitted out with everything one could need and the host was very attentive and helpful. Two minor points were that the aircon is not in the bedrooms only on the landing and the internet TV did not work most of the time. This was not a problem though.Montecarlo is beautiful and close to visit Lucca and Florence.

What a wonderful house, perfect for families or couples friends, a gorgeous garden, gems, a beautiful pool, a fully equipped kitchen for gourmet meals, lots of plates, pots, pans, glasses and more. A perfect place to disconnect from everyday life, every corner is invested, take into account that the house is secluded between hills and requires driving on trails up the hill, but worth every second! From the house we left every day for trips around Tuscany but I would happily stay for a few days in the house itself. We were a family of five adults and everyone had an exceptional time
