For my guests there is a cosy flat on the 2nd floor of a building in Milan. Few stops from Duomo (15 min) and Central Station (10 min) by yellow line Dergano M3, just 5 min walking. It's located in a very nice area (supermarket , laundry and commodities very close to the house). Grazioso e luminoso appartamento con terrazzo, di recente ristrutturato, rifinito molto bene. Cucinotto separato. Bagno raffinato. Lavatrice, frigo, televisore, microonde, bollitore, letto e divano letto, condizionatore. Doppi vetri. Sono inclusi stoviglie e biancheria. Situato al 2° piano con ascensore, solaio, servizio di portineria. Possibilita' di tenere la bicicletta nel cortile condominiale. Metropolitana a 5 min a piedi (15 min in duomo, 10 min in stazione centrale tragitto metro) . Vicino Politecnico Bovisa e Ospedale Niguarda , Ospedale Galeazzi Negozi (supermercati, ristoranti/pizzerie, farmacia, banche, palestra/piscina, edicola ecc) a 1 min a piedi
“Piera is very welcoming! The apartments are small but neat and equipped with everything necessary to stay in them for a couple of days. Optimal for two people, it is no more. The metro station is about 7 minutes on foot. But if you wish, you can walk to the center on foot, along the way to see a lot of interesting things. Recommend!”

“Accommodation not to be missed. Tatiana is a very attentive and available host. Although not speaking English, communication is still easy. We feel very comfortable with Tatiana who does everything for. 20 min walk from the station (metro) and then a 20 minute journey. The terrace at our disposal is pleasant. Excellent cleanliness! In short, ideal accommodation.”

“We really enjoyed our stay in Milan. Mauro is a great host and very friendly! We didn't know that to use the free parking, you need to fold your car mirrors. Unfortunately, that wasn't working with our car and the mirror got damaged. Mauro was very helpful but we would recommend to advertise that in the booking description beforehand. We are nevertheless very happy with our stay and for cars which can fold their mirrors, the apartment is perfect with a fabulous location in Milan 👌”
