Maybelle's kitchen has all the cooking essentials and there's a small propane grill outside & the fire pit for cooking. Please read the entire listing before booking! Enjoy the serenity of Hobbs Pond (swimming, kayaking, fishing) while being centrally located with easy access to the beautiful midcoast. The Loft is located on the 2nd fl. of a newly constructed, timber frame barn. This is an open concept studio space with a king sized bed, indoor climbing wall, cozy reading nook, indoor swing, and expansive views of the pond. There is no indoor plumbing - a private portable toilet is around the corner of the barn.

To the south is the Pettengill Stream, a resource protected area. To the north is the Nature Conservancy's 1300 acre reserve.
