Rare aux Arcs, quiet, charm and scenery for this apartment with terrace and garden in a wooden chalet adjoining. To be practiced in winter, but also in summer or between seasons. The chalet is accessible by ski via the Bois de Saule blue slope that connects Arc 1600 to the intermediate station of the funicular. Many hiking trails can be accessed directly from the cottage. Direct access to the enduro mountain bike trail "La 8" which descends from Arc 1600 to Bourg-Saint-Maurice. 800m altitude difference !

50m² - 2 bedrooms - 4 people Enjoy a full center accommodation at the foot of the slopes. Fully renovated 50m² apartment for 4 people, south facing, ideally located in the resort center. It is right in front of shops and 70 m from the slopes. (Ski rental shop in the residence) It's very close to Italy! Discovery of the La Thuile ski area in winter (accessible by ski from La Rosière) and beautiful hikes in summer about 15 minutes by car.

Independent apartment (2 rooms + mezzanine), within a chalet, located in the Old Village district of the resort. With NE/NO exposure, it benefits from the sun in the morning in front and in the afternoon on the side. A free shuttle bus passes every 15 minutes to the stop located right in front of the chalet and the ski lift of Les Manessiers is 250 m away (possibility, depending on the snow, of a ski return 50 m from the chalet).

Mezzanine studio of 27 m2 for 4 people. Located on the 3rd and top floor, Chavonnes Hautes district. The apartment is very close to the slopes (approx. 100M from Roche Noire) and skiing back to the feet is possible in winter depending on the snow. The balcony view is stunning and the sunsets unforgettable. Guaranteed calm (little traffic). The Galopins club is about 150 meters away like the ESF. Station center 3 minutes walk.

You have a large space to rest after an active day or just enjoy the setting, but be careful not to bump your head on the beam (1m70) Guests can park along the road and access the house by a steep path of 70 m. Station 9 km by shuttle or car, with amazing views of the Tarentaise Valley.
