A stunning place with amazing views which is ideally placed to enjoy all that the Alps have to offer. Ideally located for Avoriaz / Portes Du Soleil. From the Ski Bus stop outside the front door, Lac Montriond only 5 minutes away and the added bonus of the Cave to store your skis, road or mountain bikes. You can be at the top of the mountain in as little as 10 minutes and enjoying a drink and dinner in Montriond centre in minutes. It’s the ideal place to ski, bike, hike or simply relax!

Brand new 1-bedroom appartment

This brand new apartment is situated a 4-minute walk from central Montriond where you'll find a wonderful grocery store, lively pub, ski shop and the bus stop to take you into Morzine or up to Ardent (access Avoriaz, Chatel etc) It has one bedroom and a spacious living area with a sofa bed in it. As you can see, there is a good sized well-stocked kitchen. There is one bedroom which can have twin beds or a king size bed in it. There is also a sofa bed in the living area.

lake and mountain studio

cozy studio completely renovated ideally located summer and winter 150 meters from free shuttles that will take you to swimming and hiking in the summer and to the ski lifts of the different areas of Morzine, Avoriaz and the Portes du Soleil in winter. Small grocery store in the center of the village and supermarket 2.5 km away. Well arranged, with a foldaway bed for the comfort of a real bed. Linens and duvet provided, household linen not provided. Baby cot available.

Fantastic apartment, stayed here for 3 days with my son as we enjoyed the Avoriaz/Morzine area. We know the area well and this was the perfect pace to stay. Jonathan was excellent at communicating and making us feel welcome. Will definitely visit again

Our annual family ski trip was made even more special this year because we stayed at Vincent's apartment. We were met by Vincent and his wife upon arrival and shown around the apartment and given a quick 'how to' for a few bits. The apartment is exactly as described. The attention to detail, the quality of materials used, along with the quality of installation was really very special indeed and we could tell that this has been created with true passion. The location (5 mins from Morzine in the peaceful area) is perfect and we took full advantage of the beautiful walks just minutes from the door. We will definitely be back. Thank you Vincent.

We stayed for a week of ski trip. This flat is of perfect location with abundant of sun on the balcony and living room. It is a true ski in and ski out. The location to check in provided shown in Google map doesn’t match the actual check in point. But I asked the service people around the bus stop in Avoriaz and was told to do the check in and out in the guest information center right in the bus stop. So that was very convenient. Upon settling in we realized the wifi didn’t work, the host responded immediately and provided the hot spot device promptly. The kitchen and shower were clean. I vacuumed the area rugs myself as they were a bit dusty. Bed and sofa bed are comfortable, but the European square pillows are lumpy and uncomfortable which hurt my neck. I used one of the sofa cushions as my pillow eventually. Otherwise we thoroughly enjoyed the stay and will not hesitate to book again when return. The balcony has the best sunset view and street view! Kitchen is well equipped.
