This lakeside studio has a unique style with its large terrace and panoramic views of Lake Geneva. A small beach is located at the foot of the accommodation, ideal for a romantic swim. It is also the start of the Balade des Quais that will take you to the beach, to the various parks up to the nature reserve of the Dranse delta. Located between Évian (5 min) and Thonon-les-Bains (10 min). Bus line at the foot of the accommodation and free public parking.

The house is located above the village of Villeneuve, in a very quiet area, located a 20-minute walk from the train station. A car is highly recommended, we have a parking space. In Villeneuve, the docks, beach and nature reserve allow you to enjoy the lake and admire the mountains. Towards Montreux, the famous Chillon Castle is worth a visit. Swimming pool in Villeneuve. The Montreux Jazz Festival is held annually in early July.
