Ideally located 30 minutes from the sea (Dieppe, Pourville etc.) 30 minutes from Rouen. 2 SNCF train stations within 10 minutes (Saint-Victor-l'Abbaye train station and Auffay train station) serving Rouen and Dieppe in 30 minutes. This cozy and warm cottage full of charm ensures you a quiet stay in our beautiful Normandy countryside while being close to shops and many activities: animal park, lake, sea, maze, amusement park etc.

C'est une ambiance "Campagne Chic".. La vue sur le jardin contemporain beau toute l’année sublime le tout . La mer est à peine 30 mn et Rouen 35 mn. C'est le nid romantique pour les couples, les amis, les jeunes familles avec enfants et bébé pour découvrir notre belle campagne et à proximité des lieux de découverte.
