This newly built chalet is exquisite. The attention to detail the builder paid to this property is stunning. Only 18 minutes from downtown Asheville and the Biltmore Establishment. Enjoy slow pace

This is a 1940's stone cottage. Great fenced in yard with covered area with fire pit, grill, and seating and eating area. Great place to relax and let your worries roll away ( my personal favorite is the Eno hammock). The house also has a great front porch with porch swing. The house is a 2 bedroom 1 bath. It also has sleeper sofa and cot for little ones. It is one mile to downtown and one mile to Montreat college . Pets are welcome, a maximum of 2 dogs, there is a $50.00 pet fee .

Holly Berry Haven is FRESH and BRIGHT and designed with you in mind. It is the perfect mountain getaway in an easy access location. Private, isolated, yet close to all Asheville and Black Mountain has to offer. Fire, Police, EMT 1 mile away. Quiet mountain trails out your door.
