Studio de 32m2 avec grande terrasse, il se trouve dans l'enceinte du beau village de Vianne, au calme et à deux pas des commerces. La nouvelle piste cyclable est toute proche. Des places de stationnement gratuites sont à 1 min de marche. Depuis la chambre vous aurez une vue sur la rivière Baïse et les péniches, et depuis la terrasse une vue sur le jardin. L'accès au studio se fait par une porte au fond de notre jardin (coffre à clés). Draps, serviettes de bain et linge de maison fournis 🙂

Relax at this fully restored 16th century gite in the heart of the 11 Ha estate, embellished with century-old oak trees. You will enjoy a soothing and serene setting 1 hour 15 minutes from Bordeaux and the ocean beaches of Hossegor, with many walking or cycling walks, 10 minutes from all amenities. Available: table tennis, trampoline, rackets, petanque, darts, table football. Swimming pool only in July and August: saltwater, heated, secure, 12m x 6m, open from 12 noon to 8 pm.

In our farm we have set up 1 cottage. It is located upstairs, accessed by a private staircase, and 1 outdoor area is dedicated to the cottage (barbecue, table and chairs) So you can enjoy the cozy and air-conditioned interior and the outdoors too! 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom (bedroom 1: 30 m2) (bedroom 2: 10 m2) make up the sleeping areas. We offer a completely independent apartment, inside our wooded park. You have an entrance for your car and a private garden under the trees on one side and the other, a pretty terrace allows you to enjoy the serenity of the park and access the pool. A fishing pond, Lake Taste, offers a dream walk 2 minutes from the accommodation and the immense forest of the Landes opens its doors to you from there. Bazas and its cathedral, Sauternes and the vineyard are nearby.
