Nestled by the river Seine, in an artist village in the region of Champagne, this former priory is located only 100km from Paris (55mn direct train between the neighboring Nogent s/Sein and Gare de l'Est). This is an authentic and ressourcing place, newly renovated, loaded with 400 years of history. We have decorated the house with love and care, the equipment is very generous. Bikes of diverse sizes (for adults and children), kayaks, SUPs and other inside and outside equipments are available.

The cottage, located 35 minutes from Disney by car, is reminiscent of the world of a famous young wizard and that of a medieval castle. Moreover, elements of the decoration come from castles and ancient monasteries! The entrance houses a secret passage that allows access to the upper floors... Brooms can park in front of the cottage. An "almost bus" can pick up to 4 people at the SNCF train station, depending on the schedule. (Navigo pass ok) Shops are 800 m away.

Located 15 minutes from Provins (a UNESCO World Heritage Site), 10 minutes from the Nogent-sur-Seine nuclear power plant and 1 hour from Paris.

Small duplex in the city center

Nogent sur Seine is a town in the Aube (10), located 20 km from Provins and 100 km from Paris. This small, warm and cozy duplex is located on the 1st floor near the church in Nogent sur Seine. Renovated, it remains a stigma of his old life, the stairs are very narrow and steep, and the steps are short. It was still renovated by Maytop (Lépine contest), who secured it thanks to nuts of non-slip steps. However, I do not recommend it to children.

This beautiful 260 sqm longhouse fully restored by an architect in a chic countryside style, sleeps up to 10 guests. You will enjoy the calm in a wooded park of about 4,000 m² with swimming pool and pétanque court. Out of kindness to the residents of the hamlet, parties are not allowed.
