Our backyard tiny home is walking distance to historic downtown Montpelier. Located on a quiet street, its many windows highlight all the efficiencies of tiny house living, including a fully equipped kitchen, radiant floor heat and the option of woodstove coziness. The bathroom includes a spacious walk-in shower and modern concrete sink. Two small bedrooms share a featured rotating wall and sliding barn door. The design plan is clean lines, minimalist decor and efficient energy use.

This 'organic-modern' 1883 home is located in the South End of Burlington, a hub of art, food, boutiques, yoga, craft beer, and coffee. It offers free on-site parking and is sun-filled. And we love hosting well-behaved dogs! The house earns top marks for cleanliness from our guests. Strong Wifi, separate rooms perfect for virtual work meetings and a private backyard to escape to after your work day! Located minutes from the Wright’s Mountain / Devil’s Den Town Forest hiking trail, named a National Scenic Trail in 2018. This is a non-smoking property.
